Un soggiorno molto piacevole
Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro persone (famiglia) nell'appartamento "Annamaria's House Beach front" a Viareggio; è stata la seconda volta nello stesso ed avremmo voluto tornarci altre volte ma spesso si trova occupato. E' un appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità, la posizione è perfetta, vicinissima alla pineta e a due passi dal mare. C'è anche il supermercato vicino ed un'ottima pasticceria. L'interno è un pò datato ma è ben compensato dalle grandi e luminose finestre che si affacciano sulla passeggiata; è ben ventilato ma c'è anche l'aria condizionata. Da migliorare la connessione internet ma probabilmente è un problema della zona perché anche all'esterno la connessione era scarsa. Il gestore è molto efficiente, risponde velocemente e se possibile agevola ogni richiesta. Da consigliare sicuramente!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Appartement selbst war vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut (weniger das Gebäude, muss dringend etwas gemacht werden). Die ganze Gegend um Chamonix Mont Blanc ist unglaublich schön. Sei es das Hochtal auf der schweizer Seite oder Ausflüge nach Annecy, Genf, Yvoire, Bergwandern oder Chamonix Mont Blanc selbst - wir kommen wieder. Jedoch nicht in dieser Zeit, da bis auf ein Lift alle anderen geschlossen sind und erst in der 2. Juniwoche öffnen. Was aber unbedingt zu erwähnen ist: Die Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen von Happy Rentals waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit!!!

Nette Ferienwohnung in Baveno mit ein paar kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Location an sich top, Strand, Bootsanleger, Restaurants und Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar.
In der Wohnung fehlen Weingläser, Biergläser und große Kaffeetassen. Sauberkeit an sich auch o.k. Unter den Betten und auf den Nachttischen sollte öfter mal geputzt werden. Betreuung durch lokale Betreuerin Lorena war top!!!

Top ausgestattete und äusserst grosszügige Ferienwohnung in ruhigem Wohnquartier. Gut gelegen
um auch zu Fuss an den Strand und nach Riva zu gelangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was nice and clean! Great communication with the host. Plenty of towels available for use. A well-equipped kitchen. We arrived at night and there was water in the fridge that we could help ourselves to. Can definitely be recommended.

I am the owner of a property managed by Happy Rental, and my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Their lack of care for the furnishings was shameful: items were left outside without cover for months, or simply piled up inside without any logic.
Entry doors were often left unlocked with keys nearby, and locks were damaged. Even worse, lights, water heaters, and refrigerators were left running for months on end while the property sat empty, forcing me to pay exorbitant utility bills. In a year and a half, they only managed to book the property five times. STRONGLY DISCOURAGED
