Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale “Oltre mare” a Sanremo. Molto bello, curato nei dettagli e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima vicina a tutto. Peccato per il divano a letto davvero rumoroso, il wi-fi non funzionante e la scarsa luce nel bagno. Per il resto davvero bello e accogliente!

L'appartamento è nuovo, moderno e spazioso. Si trova in centro. Noi siamo stati al 1. piano con giardinetto, per l'estate ideale.

Het zwembad is heerlijk. Het zijn 12 appartementen waarvan er in het hoogseizoen 6 bezet waren dus het was nooit druk.
Het terras ook fijn in de schaduw met een groot zonnescherm.
Ook de ligging is ideaal, de weg oversteken en je bent bij het meer, restaurants en ijssalon. Op 1,7 km een fitness waar je voor euro 35 de hele week mag sporten. Sirmione centrum is 2,5 km maar er gaat ook een shuttlebus. Parkeren is daar een drama.
Minpunten waren er ook: erg slechte WiFi, alleen de handdouche deed het, alles is erg oud. Ik denk dat de brandweer de elektriciteit zou afkeuren. Ook geen rookmelders gezien.
Appartement meer geschikt voor 3 volwassenen of 2 volwassenen met 2 kinderen. Er staan maar 3 ligstoelen, 3 gewone stoelen op het terras en het onderschuifbed is niet echt geschikt voor een volwassenen.
De prijs is prima voor deze dure regio.

Ottima la posizione vista da sogno appartamento stupendo! Piccole mancanze; appartamento da 4 con solo tre tazzine da caffè d 4 forchette e coltello se devi cucinare mancano le posate, la televisione non funziona ed è una grossa mancanza per un appartamento così caro, il tavolo per mangiare in terrazza non c è , tanto vale avere un terrazzo così grosso è bello! Manca la tenda da sole in terrazza il sole c è fino alle 14 ! Per il resto tutto perfetto

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Ratana in Sanremo! The location next to the Ospedale is very convenient, and the view over the harbor, together with the beautiful church on the hill, is simply wonderful.
A special mention goes to the team at Happy Renters — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed them. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Casa Ratana! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful apartment, clean, quiet and well-equipped. Breathtaking sea view from the balcony. The owners are very attentive to their guests' well-being.

Nice wel taken care off place to spend 2 weeks of summer holidays wich i can recommend to everybody who seeks comfort without uxury.

Mi e' piaciuto , molto ordinato e pulito, c'era tutto quello che serviva , anche aria consizionata , silenzioso , si dorme benissimo.

We stayed from July 29th to August 9th. Amazing!!! Very convenient location. Close to the beach. Very cozy apartments. Very clean. Everything a family with children needs is there. There are all the necessary dishes, cutlery, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. We will definitely come again. If you prefer to go to bed early, then take an apartment with a mountain view, a villa, or individual houses.

Splendido soggiorno in un bel appartamento con una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le attrazioni sopratutto per chi ha bimbi piccoli

Ok...I just don`t understand why I just get now these information from you? And also about the cancelation I Did not get any information...I just saw at my Bankacount that I got the money back and did not understand why. I needed to call you to make sure that there has been a cancelation. And also was your company no help at all to find something new. You just said sorry and that this is not longer your problem. I had so much trouble to find someone who could help me and it took three days to get in contact with booking. I would have understand it if there has been a cancelation and you would offer directly something knew but you just said it`s not your problem anymore and here is your money back. That`s no service und no safety at all because you made the contract. I´m really sorry but I can not recommend your campany because it´s not safe and there was no offer at all from you to find a solution. No good service!

Résidence agreable ; personnel sympa et petit snack sur place bien pratique ; seul bémol : pas très propre…

We have stayed in this apartment block before so we had a good idea about the facilities. It is ideally situated next to the station and cable car with fabulous views. It is quite comfortable although the sofa is not to be honest. It would really benefit from having an oven instead of a dishwasher as the area is extremely expensive to eat out in. We were delighted that the pool was open this year, a great bonus. The only downside was the lift was out of action for 4.5 days which was very difficult as I’d hurt my Achilles and had to go up and down 6 floors anytime we wanted to go out. I did contact happy rentals and eventually it was fixed. We really appreciated the bottle of rose to welcome us to the apartment.

Great Apartment, very clean and near the lake!

A spacious, modern, new flat.Unfortunately, the lift wasn’t working. It would be good to at least fit a handrail next to the stairs. We couldn’t get into the underground car park, but luckily there were enough parking spaces on the street. It would be good to have a few towel hooks in the bathroom.

Wynajęty apartament w Słoweni Istrian Casa. Firma nie była w ogóle pomocna aby rozwiązać problem lub jakkolwiek zrekompensować to, że wynajęty przez nas apartament był inny w potwierdzeniu a inny dostaliśmy. Czystość również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Kontakt z firmą bardzo zły, dostawałam tylko odpowiedzi że postarają się rozwiać sprawę jak tylko to możliwe co ostatecznie kończyło się odpowiedzią, że z ich strony wszystko jest ok. Nie polecam!
