The order was well packaged and was sent quickly. I was informed each step of the way after placing the order and the price was very good. The item is as described and works perfectly. The firm is very good to deal with and I have had no problem at all.

Excellent Service

Their service was excellent and they are very quick to return enquiry e-mails. I asked an euro adapter plug as this was a preset to my son who lives in Euro area. They enclosed it without fail.
I deducted a star because they advertised that the item would be delivered within 7 days but they failed it.

Great for Japanese products. Very nicely packaged

Never ordered from this company before, but I placed an order last week. The toaster is wired with a UK plug and arrived within 3 days very nicely packaged. Works a treat. Will definitely order again. They have a range of Japanese and Asian products which are otherwise very difficult to get in the UK.
