Help with itching
I've had a problem with my dog itching he has been on the Ostrich dry and wet mixed suits him the only thing I could say this food is low fat so I needed to feed more than recommended. His cost looks good and I have cut down on his medication. Staff very helpful

Customer service is excellent. When I have emailed them they reply back the same day. My dog loves the food and devours it every meal. Her scratching has become less. I love that you can go onto your account and request your order earlier. Delivery has always been within 2 days of placing my order. I cant recommend this company highly enough.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your order. I am a little confused, though, as we spoke about this yesterday and you mentioned that you had contacted Royal Mail, who advised that the parcel couldn’t be delivered yesterday and would be redelivered today. So to say the service is inexistent is a little confusing.
I can see from the Royal Mail tracking that the parcel was delivered today at 11:17am. I’ll send the proof of delivery over on our original support thread now so you have this to hand.
I hope we can get this resolved for you quickly.

After a miscommunication of an email from Hugo which was about a problem with the discount code, I was reassured to learn that their customer services department dealt with the matter quickly and effectively. Nicky and Hugo, both helped me to gain access to a new code that day, and it has made me a Happy Human! Our dog had quite severe skin allergies round her eyes and our vet recommended we try a new protein for her - kangaroo. Since moving her on to Happy Dog she is indeed a happy allergy free dog !

My dog absolutly loves the kangeroo wet food since my other dog died she was pineing and wouldnt eat my cupboard is full with diffferant food all brands but untill i bought kangeroo off you its been a turn around x

One of my furry two suffers with itchy skin and tummy issues, I've tried different foods and none seemed to help her. I tried Happy Dog not expecting any miracles and it's early days. But fingers crossed she seem's to enjoy eating it, that in it's self is a miracle. But her stools are a lot better too. The only downside is cost! With having two it works out pretty expensive. I have ordered a bag of dry food to see how we get on feeding half and half to help with cost. Other then that very happy at the moment 😊 delivery is quick too

For dogs with itchy skin, sensitive stomachs or suspected food sensitivities, finding a diet that agrees with them can take a bit of trial and error, so it sounds like you are heading in the right direction.
Mixing wet and dry dog food can also be a good way to keep some of the benefits of the wet food while making the overall cost more manageable, as long as both suit her.
