10/10 experience - highly commend happy holidays!!
Liyna was extremely helpful with my process of obtaining a Schengen visa for my holiday to Spain. I contacted her last minute and she was able to get me an appointment 5 days away! At the appointment she also sorted everything out for me. It only took 1 week for my visa to be approved and processed, and I received my passport with the visa in under 3 weeks. I would highly recommend happy holidays!!

Quick service
I had a very critical situation and had to book an appointment for BLS immediately. Liana has help me to book and prepared all documents is a week.
I went to the centre and done my application in less than 30 minutes.

Not trustworthy
I have contacted this company a week ago to get consultation for applying for a Schengen visa, since the beginning they kept insisting for me to pay them immediately so that they can start looking at my documents. After a few days I messaged them and let them know that I have changed my mind and I am not planning to travel this early and if they can refund me the money at least partially , since I will be applying later. I messaged them on a Friday morning and they did not reply to me at all. I messaged them again on Saturday morning to follow up. The very disappointing thing is that at this point their tone has become very different than what it was in the beginning and they started replying back to me in a very rude manner and they have told me that I am harassing them because I am messaging them on a weekend and they are not supposed to message me back and they are simply doing it out of kindness and they made it very clear that I will not get any part of my money back. What is interesting to me is that when they were asking for me to send them money they were messaging me on Saturday and Sunday but now they were telling me that I am not supposed to message them on a Saturday and when I told them that according to Google they should be open on Saturdays until 6, they said they will only reply for emergencies and I am not supposed to bother them with not so important tasks. The interesting part is that they told me they have already booked me an appointment at the embassy on Wednesday and they have paid for my insurance but when I asked to show me proof for my insurance I did not receive any reply. And I do not understand why they should book me an appointment without asking me if I will be available that day or even that week ! And if so, why they did not let me know that they have booked me an appointment when they did and they are only giving me day and time when I have already told them that I am not planning to travel anymore.
I have not left a one star review, because they did not refund my money but because of their behaviour and the way they talked to me, after that I have realised that as a travel agency company , they just care about getting people’s money whether they provide any services for them or not and customer’s happiness is no concern for them at all.

Although we appreciate the time you’ve taken to respond, your feedback is highly inaccurate. We find it very insincere that despite the time we have taken to explain our company policy, and the ways we operate directly over the phone with you, that you have chosen to take these personally. Despite your constant and calls and name calling towards our employees, we have made the effort to keep our correspondence with you professional and yet you have still taken the time to slander our business online.
Please note; (1) you received the service you paid for – including the arrangement of a VIP consulate appointment, the allocation of an insurance policy and the preparation of travel documents, (2) that our actions were in line with our purchase policy clearly outlined on our website (https://happyholiday.agency/purchase-policy.html, see Section 5: cancellation). Here it’s explained, very clearly, that our services are non-refundable in your case. (3) That despite this policy, and a token of our customer centric approach, we attempted to cater to your needs, offering to keep the validity of the credit spent for 6 months, which you declined.
Your response is a deliberate attempt of defamation, as despite our attempts to reconcile any issues you have proceeded to misrepresent the situation, trying to damage our reputable business name online – on a platform users rely on for honest reviews.
