Haq Travels Avaliações

Reading some reviews below unfortunately mixed reviews. But I wanted to share my special experience as last November quick decision decided to go with not much family so I had to plan. I spoke with Arooma at Haqq Travel who very patiently attentively jotted down my planned schedule. My aim was to make to Jummah in Mekkah and Jummah Medina. I must emphasise Arooma worked extremely hard to set my schedule fligh,Hotel, transfers and by the will of Allah swt all went as planned. Aroom is excellent at her job kind spend time looking around to cater for our needs that's not an easy job. So Arroma well done👏. I pray one day Allah swt take you to our holy land where you sit planning for so many people to go. Our Duas are with you and haqq travel. May Allah keep the blessings coming in. Jzk Allah

I would put a zero if possible.
As a Muslim its imperative we hold our values and also not make promises we can't deliver on.
I must forewarn our brothers and sisters about this service.
My brother booked Umrah for February 2024. I have a usual go to travel agent I use locally, but at my brothers behest we booked with Haq Travels. We had never used them (and nor will be ever use them again!) Here's why:
'Abdul' got in touch was polite and courteous and dealt with everything in a professional manner, this was only until the trip started.
We booked separately and hence had seperate transfers, but the agent decided to make all our transfers under one booking, I refused to do this but agent was adamant they had spent MORE money for us to have this so called 'upgrade'. This was far from the truth!
On arrival in Jeddah we were greeted by our driver with a 10 seater for a party of 13 of us.
We had to send 4 passengers in an Uber. And others were sat with suitcases on their laps and in the aisles on the van. It was one of the worst journeys and not a short one.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the rooms had been booked under the kids names, not sure why you would do this? Why not booked under the lead passenger?
We pre-empted issues with transfers and as such we advised Abdul to make sure our transfer from Makkah to Madina was not affected by their incompetence yet again. Lo and behold the day to transfer to Madina came. The transfer had been cancelled as the driver was trying to reach a mobile number that was not in use and at home in the UK. We were unaware that number and was the only
number supplied to the transfer company. Maybe have 2-3 numbers on there? We also gave our Saudi numbers over but there was no contact on them. 3 hours later the van turned up. Not to our surprise it was once again a 10 seater for 13 passengers, 13 large suitcase cases and 10 hand luggage. We had to send 5 people on the train as a last minute and we have to bare the brunt of the cost once again!!
On arrival in Madina again the booking were under random names and wrong names/spellings and took hours for the hotel to decipher the information at their end.
There was no empathy or care from the agent. It felt like we got your money we got you to your destination the rest is your problem.
Also as others have said the date farm and free 5kg dates was a lie and a scam. We were promised this but nothing was given and no calls to any of the group. Be God-fearing and do not scam people like this especially with children and elderly it's not good!
The aftercare was zero and after our complaints about transfers we never ever heard from them again. They couldn't care less.

Honestly, I never ride that much review but when something I recommend it me are good and respectful and honest

Totally disgusting travel agent, horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone. From hotel booking to makkah hotel, Madina hotel, Jeddah airport taxi everywhere they made my journey nightmare.

Absolutely frustrated service.
We went to umrah in January 2024. This haqtravel agent made our journey absolute nightmare hotel bookings to their so called date farm visit. They changed hotel booking after initial deposit, they never informed us full information(like confirmation code) about hotel booking as a result we suffered every hotel we arrived. Taxi service was bad. Their customer service is careless. We never received our free dates. Just Fraud .

I used Haq Travels as a recommendation from a freind who also had a really good experience with them going to Umrah recently. Sufyan Naeem who dealt with my friends Umrah also dealt with mine. I would highly recommend his services, as it was my first time going he tailor made my package for me and my wife. Flights, private transfers hotels in Mecca and Madina. I was apperceive of how the package would come together in reality, but it was exactly how he explained. All documents and tickets was sent to me and it all worked brilliantly once we was in Saudi. Even the drivers contact you when there, which is reassuring. Five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Salam

He was incredibly helpful in finding me an amazing package and very knowledgeable. May Allah reward you.

We booked umrah private tour with Haq travels and Abdul Ahad took it to the next level by providing an exceptional customer service and ensuring a tailor made package is provided to suit my parents’s need. I highly recommend Abdul Ahad for his great customer service. THANK YOU Abdul Ahad for making my family’s umrah a memorable one.

Totally disgusting travel agent, horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone. From hotel booking to makkah hotel, Madina hotel, Jeddah airport taxi everywhere they made my journey nightmare even they didn't give me the ajwa dates which they advertised. Whenever I complained about their mistakes, straightaway they always blame customer and there are no apologies or sorry in their customer service.
Once you paid your initial deposit they will alter your hotel booking with some excuse. I paid for ground transfer for four persons but in Jeddah airport they sent a small car where I couldn't put my luggages in Car so, I had to carry bags on my lap in the front seat and one bag in the back seat so there were no space for my daughter. When I asked taxi driver why you give me small taxi, he said your agent said us. They gave me hotel voucher without confirmation number so my guest who arrived before me at makkah hotel had to stay another hotel when I called for confirmation code they answered me it's not their mistakes. When I arrived at Madina hotel. receptionist said one of my rooms booking was cancelled 2 weeks ago. Again I had to wait at the reception and called them for confirmation code fortunately it was afternoon in the UK time otherwise I would have been without room. I Asked them why you cancelled the booking similar answer it's not their mistakes. Finally I contacted for dates farm tour they said me It will be next day someone will contact with me but nobody called me two days rather I called many times to get the visit time. Last day morning I went to dates farm but at the farm they said agent didn't tell them about free ajwa dates for visitors. So I called them again but that time it was morning in the UK so they responded me late I left farm without dates they said me someone will give me dates before I leave. So I didn't buy any ajwa dates from Saudi at all. After arriving UK I called them for 5kg dates but they said it's not their fault I have to wait one month for dates. I talked to their manager who said me dates would be sent to my home address. I asked what day they will send it? No answer Now they don't reply my messages or call.

Got the visa on time, the people are very good and done things properly had no problem kept me up to date.

Everything was perfectly organised!
Our umrah was magical Masha Allah and we didn’t waste time because everything was done by Abdullah from HAQ TRAVELS.
