They are scamS!!!! stay away ordered 2 leather pants! received two cotton pants nothing like what was on the website got the delivery after 7 weeks ! all their Items comes FRom China , they are not a UK based company ! requested refund they said you can not have a refund on items that were discounted ! i received completely wrong trousers they are thieves !

I ordered a Jacket at £45 and I wouldn’t have given £5 for it, it’s shocking. I tried several times to get a returns label and got no reply what’s so ever, also tried ringing customer service and it just goes to voice mail.

NOT HAPPY!!!!

Wish I had seen these reviews first.
Ordered 2 hoodies for my husbands birthday. What turned up was completely different to the photos. Emailed and disputed they said it was sale items no refunds.
I have argued that they are not the right item and not a change of mind. Reading reviews I'll charge back to my credit card instead to get my money back

Further to my previous review, a full refund has now been paid into my account.
Harrington “Manchester” need to be more honest and transparent with their customers. They are not a UK company and their clothes come from China.
This inevitably means that delivery time is several weeks and the items are not good quality.

Terrible quality, delays on delivery,
Now won't answer anything when requesting a return.
It's a scam I'm sure.

Absolutely horrible quality of loafers, I thought I was ordering from a uk company, obviously it was a scam... I have never seen such bad quality of loafers

When I ordered from Harrington Manchester I thought I was buying from a UK company. The name is a clear tactic to dupe honest UK citizens. I was shocked to see my online banking showed a payment to the Netherlands. Eventually I got some tracking details that never really worked but shows the 2 sweaters starting off their journey in China. I didn't receive my items so made a claim through my credit card. I got my money back 4 days later. Eva from Harrington Manchester has emailed 3 times desperately trying to get me to cancel the charge back from the bank. To be honest I'm pleased I didn't receive the sweaters based on the Trustpilot reviews. Making the claim through my credit card was easy, an online form to fill in then a few emailed attachment's showing Invoice and correspondence from the Chinese company. BUY BRITISH!!

Even not 1 star,I will say, my order was done 11.02 I received 27.02,2nd thing I will never paid 40£ for shit Chinese tracksuit, really poor quality of fabric ,this brand is a scamner, I bought 1st time and last time. Is pathetic and cheating company

Not a UK company. Based in China. Poor quality goods and unable to return items once dispatched. This is the 2nd Chinese based company I’ve come across that use UK brand names to dupe you into thinking they are selling quality goods. Google companies names before falling for these scams.

Ordered 2 jumpers on 16/02/25 received them today 26/02/25
This website is very misleading, making out it's based in Manchester, when actually my items where shipped from China, although they do look as described they are of poor quality for the money I paid, would not recommend using this fake website, no better than shein and 3 times the price. AVOID!

I wish I had googled this company before placing my order yesterday! I should know better as I've just recently received a refund from another company..belazzo..for the same reason. Grrrr.
The adverts look so convincing with Manchester UK plastered everywhere

I am incredibly disappointed to find that this is a company that ships from China.
The name and shipping information are incredibly misleading.

Company's should not be allowed to trade this way.

I haven't even received the item ordered, which looking at the other reviews, won't be worth the wait or money.

Poor quality polyester item sent from China and the refund policy on the website is completely false. Not trustworthy. Do not buy from here.

I should have read all the other terrible reviews as I can only corroborate everything that has been said.
Item is bright red, not burgundy with the ugliest gold buttons that were never in the original picture.
The fabric is the absolute worst quality, not even worth £10 let alone what I paid for it.
It’s so short it more of a top than a dress and wait, it gets better.
No information on how returns are processed, no return address etc.
Beware this business is an utter con!

As other reviewers mentioned, it is a Chinese company. I was fooled by the name. I ordered a brown dress and was sent black. The quality is soooo poor it’s unwearable. AVOID! Even the email address has UK. I guess this is a new scam/ consumer manipulation tactic. Beware!

Chinese company!!! I ordered cardigan for 70 pounds, waited over 3 weeks and they sent me a cardigan with no fabric labels worth less than 15 pounds.
They suggested me to send the item to China by my expense and give me the address God knows where to.

Website states uk warehouse etc but it’s not. The pictures are all fake and it’s poorer quality than shein sent from china at jacked up prices.

Told me returns would take 2 months to process. So have contacted Amex to issue charge back as item not as described.

Don’t waste your time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMOANY. Same as the previous reviewer. Terrible quality of jumper. Nothing like the one advertised. No return details given and just a generic response offering 40% and then 30% discount. Then back to beginning again - had to send photo. A real scam.

Ordered an oversized sweatshirt and it is tiny. Paid £34.95 and quality is shockingly poor. Shipped from China. Now trying to return the item and having back and forth emails from the company but no return address provided as yet. I feel they are delaying the return, they also offered me a 30% refund to keep the item, but it's not fit for purpose! Told I need to wait one month for a refund and need to pay to return item - which is fine, I just need the address of where to send it. Better quality from Primark. Please do not order from them.
