The air quality in our house was very poor due to smoke from wild fires in Canada. When I first set the air purifier up, its monitor showed an AQI index of well over 200, a hazardous level of particulate matter. I first set it up in our bedroom with doors closed. By bedtime, the AQI there was good (below 20). The next day I moved it to our large living-dining room, where the AQI was above 100. By the end of the day, the AQI throughout the main floor of our house was below 10, a healthy level. It has remained there, even though the outdoor AQI in our town has been in the "hazardous" or"very hazardous" range for most of the week.

I love the product and I drastically noticed a difference in my air quality. However, after I placed a replacement filter order, it took about a month before it was shipped.

I got this wonderful machine February 2023 and it has really made a difference in my home and in my life. I live in a big city with lots of pollutants refineries chemical plants and honestly the air quality is terrible. So I wanted my home to be as clean and airy as I possibly could. This machine has exceeded my expectations. I love this machine so much within the first month. I told my daughter about it and she purchased one as well. I don’t have pets but she does and it works wonderful I can’t say enough about how much I love this product. I also purchased the smaller size one for upstairs in my bedroom and it works just as wonderful now my house is clean and airy thank you hathaspace!

Customer Service is excellent (as it should be). Product is also excellent. Never knew how much “ junk” is in the air we breathe - proof is the dirty filters!!

Clear description of products so I’m not ordering the wrong product filter replacements. The filter itself has been working great.

I like my hathspace air purifier works great! Very happy with it. My unhappiness comes in when I have to change the filter and there is no way to recycle it. How about a prepaid return envelope that I use to send it back to you and you figure out a way to use it in making my next filter? Products that don’t recycle yet have a big footprint don’t get used long at my house.
