I love the product, we've enjoyed it for 5 years and more! The main reason I canceled my subscription is the total lack of customer support. I called the 800 number and was directed to an email contact! Are you kidding! Hathaspace is acting more like TEMU than a company with an exceptional product! Granted the price over the past 5 years has risen some 51%, I can somewhat deal with that increase! But ZERO customer service absolutely not! Again, I love your product and it saddens me to go as well as to inform others there is no HUMAN BEING accessible with Hathaspace!

I have an issue with my filters that I have on a subscription, and you can't call them. The phone number states that the phones aren't working and you must email them. I have waited for a WEEK, no response at all. This is inexcusable for a company. I have spent a lot of money on both purifiers and filters over the past 4 years. I can't run them because of this issue.

My Hathaspace air purifier stopped cleaning the indoor air a few months ago and it is still under warranty. I submitted a service request on the manufacture website. I followed the tips a customer support member provided to clean the sensor, but the air purifier still doesn’t work. Therefore, I contacted the company customer support again, but they stopped responding. I spent over $400 for the air purifier. I didn’t expect such bad customer service experience.

I have had to replace the filter every two months sometimes each month. I have a bird and a 8 pound dog, I vacuum every other day so my house is not extra dirty. I have allergies so thought this air filter would help and I think it does but it uses to many filters.

I love my two air purifiers, I bought them when Covid happened and I’m still loving them. I have them on all the time I have one in my closet that keeps my clothes fresh keeps the moisture from the shower from going into my closet. Thank you again great products.

The replacement filter and air purifier are wonderful. The reason for 4 stars is the replacement filter was on backorder for 6 weeks and it was not stated it was on backorder when I ordered.
