Don't pay attention to the bad reviews! They are for an entirely different site. The real Hat Heaven has a long history of producing high quality, hard-to-come-by hats, while treating their customers with respect. I have placed several orders with the brand and have had a great experience every time.

WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO STEEL OUR MONEY. THEY ROBBED ME FOR $200 HATS NEVER CAME.

This place is a TOTAL SCAM...I placed a order a month ago a STILL haven't received it. They keep sending emails that the hat is out for delivery and NOTHING. The last USPS tracking had the package in the BRONX, I live in NC

I’ve been a long time customer, but their service has gone downhill badly.
QC is a mess. Defective products everywhere. I tried reaching out for help, but got zero response. That alone made me decide I shouldn’t support them anymore.

Their service is honestly awful now. The products feel rushed and careless. Worst part is no refunds, no discounts, nothing.

It feels like they’re struggling to sell, so they’re just pushing products out without caring. Laughable, really. This company is done. Seriously bad.

I even have some weird emails from them. They’re honestly embarrassing.

I think it’s time we stop buying from them. The stitching on the hats is terrible. Defects everywhere. Total disappointment.

The hat pictured on the website was not what was delivered. I was sent a very cheap hat made of “100% Paper”. No leather hat band as pictured. When wanted to return I was told I could take a 45% refund or ship it back to China for a full refund. I would lose money shipping it back. I ended up paying about 35 dollars for what wasn’t worth 1/2 of that

Dont order from here, customer service will do anything to avoid refunding. Package was delivered by USPS to the wrong building even though the right address was provided. Courier screwed up and this company refuses to provide a refund. So no hat and loss of $50 for me

I ordered 3 Cowboy Hats. One was a discount free Straw Hat, took 3 weeks to receive them all stick together shipped in a box to small for the hats, the brims in two of them were bent, no labels are sizes inside them and they were all bigger than the size I ordered. Total Scam and Ripoff, I'd give them Zero Stars if I could.

I usually check reviews before I purchase I didn't this time and got beat😵‍💫 it would have been more ok for me to just burn a $100 dollar bill at least id know I didn't get Busch wacked by bushwhackers. Buyer beware.

Do not purchase a hat from this group it is garbage ships from China and then when you receive it and it's too small and bent to hell they try to convince you to keep it with a 25% discount because returning it to China is outrageous

What a complete and total rip-off! They sent me the wrong size hat - which looked nothing like the image they show, and told me I'd have to pay international shipping to return it and receive a refund. In addition, the hat is extremely poorly made and they put it in a box that was too small so it was deformed when I received it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a hat and tried it on and it didnt fit so I sent it back and they denied my redund! I only tried it on once. Do not order from them.

Poor to medium quality from China I believe. You get what you pay for.

Terrible, I bought a hat that was supposed to fit and it was way to small. I went to set up a return and they gave me a hard time. Made multiple offers to settle with no success. I’m very unhappy and it don’t seem to matter to them. I recommend NOT buying from Hat Haven.

The hat I received was nothing like the hat described and shown on their website. It was poorly made with cheap materials and looked like something made by a child. A piece of junk that I immediately threw in the trash.

I ordered 2 hats in February and just received them today, sz wrong and hats are not as advertised
