Scam operation. Took six weeks to receive the hat and it was nothing like the pictures. Then they offered 15% refund, or ship back to China at my expense.

I ordered a hat and after one month, never received it. Requested a refund and they keep telling me it will be another 48 hours for shipment. I reported them to econsumer.gov. If enough people do this, it will get this Chinese company shut down.

I ordered a hat that was supposed to be similar to the gambler style hat worn by Ronnie Van Zant, what I received was a very cheap Dollar Store quality hat where the only similarity is that it was a hat! For over $50, i was sent a pressed cardboard "felt" thing that would not even be satisfactory as a halloween costume! Which brings me to the crappy customer service! These people offered me a 20% off coupon on my next purchase! I'll never buy from them again and I will encourage anyone considering buying from them to justset fire to your money- you'll get a better experience watching it burn.

Ordered a hat and the one I received was not the one I ordered and extremely cheaply made. The company offered me 50% off my order and a 20% discount for future order. I wanted a shipping label sent to me, they refused. Disputed with my credit card and was reimbursed. I think they deliberately sent me the cheapest hat and thought I'd be ok with their response. Never again

Please people. I’ve had terrible issues with these people. Takes nearly 2 months to be delivered. When it finally arrives it’s of poorer quality than something you would buy at a fancy dress shop. And to say it’s “hand made” is a total joke. Then it got delivered deformed. I requested a refund after sending pictures. They tried to negotiate with me. The. We agreed in a 50% refund and now they’ve just said they have issues sending money so can I request it in PayPal. Please please. Stay away. I’m all for supporting smaller companies but these guys think they’re smart and they’re just taking peoples money for a shit quality product.

Product never shipped in time so I asked for them to cancel my order. They said ok and that I would be refunded. It’s been over a month and no refund still. Then they lied to PayPal and said my product shipped but it didn’t.

Do not order from this company. It is a total scam that leaves you without your money or product in hand. Once you order Hat Haven will send you many emails confirming order, updates, been shipped, etc but nothing is the truth! Save your money and shop else where!

I ordered two hats on April 20th and never even received a tracking number.

Today is June 20th, and still no response from customer support.

Ordered a hat that was ill fitting- defective sizing. Contacted them to return it for a refund via their web form, no response. Called the number listed on their site and someone answers and says that is no longer their number. They do not respond other than auto-replies to any messages on Facebook Messenger or Instant Messenger. We also filed a BBB complaint and discovered they have an F rating with many people having the same experience.

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! ORDER PLACED ON 4/28/25 today is 5/28/25!!! Have not received anything!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Asked for refund multiple times and constantly just say order on the way” FAKE SHIPPING TRACKING THAT HAS NO UPDATES!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

ORDERED 4 HATS (3) SMALL AND (1) MEDIUM. TOOK FOUR WEEKS TO RECEIVE, REQUESTED UPDATE ON DELIVERY, NO ANSWER. WHEN PRODUCT ARRIVED OUTSIDE PACKAGE WAS IN REASONABLY GOOD SHAPE. WHEN I OPENED THE BOX THE FOUR HATS WERE SMASHED DOWNWARD AND CRUSHED BEYOUND RESHAPING VERY POOR QUALITY MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP. REQUESTED RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND NO ANSWER. ALL THE HATS WERE ONE SIZE AND THAT WAS MEDIUM, NO SMALL. "CHINA CRAP"!

yep , I fell for the ' cool hats on my social media feed ' trap . At least I ordered just one , they said 15 days , 20 days later no response . Im expecting the "cheap hat that looks nothing like the ad " if anything save your money , or better yet go on ebay , find the hat you like from a 100 % seller and it arrives as promised .

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. This company is a complete scam hats are not as pictured cheap costume hat. I wouldn't even put these on my dog.

Ordered 2 hats, arrived much later than stated at time of purchase, both damaged and of very poor quality. To get a refund I would have to pay to ship them to China. I felt forced to accept a partial refund to remove the need to return them, but the hats are unwearable so this hassle has cost me money for nothing. I even paid the extra fee for ‘100% worry free shipping’.

Tempted to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get full reimbursement.

This place is a filthy dirty rip off!!! Do not buy anything from them unless you like throwing away hard earned money!!! The hats SUCK. Cheap poor quality. They show pics of quality hats stolen from reputable suppliers and send bootleg hats to customers!!! Run…not walk away from anything MYHATHAVEN!!?

Scammers, they products they send you is absolutely garbage. I bought 3 hats that in the picture looked great but when it arrived almost 2 months later it was crap, I mean not even a kid would wear it. Package done in a way that showed they didn't care and know they will get away with it. Another thing, they make it look like it's an American based company until you get the track order it's from China. Biggest thing they refund, they will offer you 15% refund.

Just got my rip wheeler hat. I would compare it to a dollar store item. Not worth the money I paid for it.

I ordered from my hat heaven and they sent me something different that looked like it was from the dollar store. I contacted them after several days they tried to give me a partial credit and a credit to buy another hat. They are a scam company that’s hopes you won’t dispute the charges. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered a fedora hat and it came in a small box when I pulled out the hat It was all bent up. My feather was missing. The brim was crooked and it had a plastic emblem sticking out of it. My Hat Heaven is misleading there customers hats are garbage. I will never buy from them again.
