Horrible Return Fee
On receiving my order, I realised it is the wrong product so I want to exchange the product for another. However I was advised that there is a $30 return shipping fee. This seems very unfair considering the item only costs $35 and shipping is only $8. Don’t order unless you’re 100% certain on the item because the return shipping fee is so extreme.

thanks for sharing your experience, and we're sorry for the disappointment this caused. We completely understand it feels steep compared to the item price.
Just to explain the $30 fee reflects the actual cost of return shipping for international orders, which is often higher than standard outbound shipping due to customs handling, carrier fees, and the distance involved. It is also different company who takes care about prepaid return than the one the delivery was made to you, It's not something we mark up; it's simply what it costs us to process the return.

Too Much Red Tape…
The hat arrived and was too large for my head, even though I had measured carefully. I now have to return the hat at my own expense and also pay a $10 restocking fee for cleaning???? A brand new hat with tags still attached and never worn!!!!🤷♀️Steer clear, too many charges!

The pricing is dodgy
The pricing is dodgy. They increase the prices and then discount it for a sale, making the sale price not much different to the RRP. I bought a hat last year for $44.99. The RRP has been increased to $51.99 and discounted to $41.59. How can a hat that is one year now more expensive?

Ordered a cap from hatstore Australia, and it's been sitting in Frankfurt for over 2 weeks. 3 weeks after ordering I'm sitting here with nothing to show from 60 bucks. Wouldn't expect to wait for a hat from Germany from a company that advertises themselves as Australian.

Very underwhelming experience so far
Very underwhelming experience so far. Lodged order and waited two weeks as order confirmation said I’d be told when order dispatched. Followed up and was told that would be dispatched the next day or the next week (??). That next week has passed, and still no dispatch notice. Followed up customer support and no response. I assume my hats are coming, but customer support is nonexistent and wait time is excessive. Maybe it’s better if you live in Europe??
