Delivery is quick and tracked.This year's gift is with me,ready to wrap and present to senior management on the great day 1st August.She says "thank you it's lovely", puts it in her jewellery box and next year I go back to Hatton Garden jewellers again. I like the simple life.

I bought golden hoop earrings for 180 pounds which broke after 4 months. Customer service basically admitted that it was normal for their products to break that quickly but would not replace. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

The Company offers products on their website that are not in stock.
I found earrings that I wanted to purchase. They offered me the choice of ordering in line or to get into the Branch at Chelmsford.
I opted to travel to the premises in Chelmsford but then I was informed that they were out of stock.
The Chelmsford premises had zero earrings in the shop so a complete waste of time.
I had already sent a photo of the earrings to my wife and now I have to give her the bad news.
Not very professional !!
