I wish i had read the reviews before ordering from them! I ordered Astroworld pants and sweatshirt for my child still have no order and no one to answer to all my emails! these people are not to be trusted! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered an Astroworld sweatshirt at the end of November 2018 for a Christmas. I got a confirmation email on December 3rd stating my order had been shipped and I would get my tracking number in 4-6 business days and I would receive the package in 2-3 weeks. Two weeks go by and I still had yet to get a tracking number and I emailed them on the 18th asking for the tracking number. I got a confirmation email stating my request was being reviewed by staff. Three days go by and I still didn’t receive any response. I emailed them again on the 21st. This time stating that according to their website they had 24/7 customer service and I either needed my tracking number or a refund. Never got a response until two days later when I emailed a third time basically stating I needed my tracking number or a refund or I would call my bank and cancel my order based on fraud. So today two weeks from when I finally got my confirmation number and a month since I ordered it I finally received my package. The sweatshirt was wrapped in a plastic bag which in turn was wrapped in a plastic bag. Between the two bags it was soaking wet and the sweatshirt was damp. Very disappointed.

Horrible products. Ordered an Astroworld T shirt for xmas for my daughter and it is terrible quality. Tried to contact them 4 times and never received an email back. No address on the website to return to either. Will just try to file a dispute with my credit card and Paypal. Do not order from them. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered.

Yes SCAM!!! I received my product but the quality was aweful!! Yes they will give you a refund, after you ship it back to Canada, even though it shipped from U.S. Or they will issue half of refund & you keep product. However, it’s not quality enough to have spent $5 for. The astroworld sweatshirt for $50 is what I’m referring to. After multiple emails To the company without any response, I contacted PayPal who gave me excellent service & I filed a dispute!! At this point, I don’t care if it cost me more than I paid for the item. Poor customer service is a bad deal!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!...... I ordered 2 separate orders, both Christmas gifts for my boys. 1 order came in a timely manner....the other order ( 2 XXXtentacion hoodies) were never delivered. When I ATTEMPTED to contact customer service, there was never a response, despite multiple attempts. I'm out $80!!!

Please please please do not order from this company :( Ordered my daughter’s Christmas gift and haven’t got a good tracking number for three weeks lost $40:(

I don't get how there are so many bad reviews here! I have shopped from them a few times and never had any problem.Their customer service have never failed me at all, in fact I couldn't fault them at all. Would try to wait it out if you didn’t get your order or a response

Would have given 0 stars if it was an option. This is a scam do not order from this website there is 0 customer service. I was able to get refund right away by sending a claim to Paypal.

Ordered 3 items(same order) from this company... the company shipped in 2 shipments....received one item fairly quickly, waited another 30 days before receiving the second item. It has been over a month and still have not received the 3rd item. But the account says "delivered" Have emailed contact infor(as stated on website) 4 times and have not heard ANYTHING (even though the websites says they will respond in 24 hours). Funny how they don't provide a customer service phone number. Am filing a claim with the BBB and Paypal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

Would rather give 0 stars but is not an option! Ordered a sweatshirt for $50 and it still hasn’t arrived. Have made many attempts to reach them through email but have gotten absolutely no response! Please don’t order from this company, it is a total scam!!!!!

I bought an Astroworld hoodie from them. The quality wasn't good. It was too small, so I tried contacting customer service to exchange it for a larger one. I have tried emailing them twice and contacting them via their website once - no reply from a person yet, though they claim they will contact you within 24 hours. I plan to see about getting a refund through Paypal.

Ordered hoodie on 11/5/18 haven't received merchandise yet. Wish I would of read reviews before ordering... won't happen again! Emailed hatvat and got response from Jenna but still no merchandise and no more replies. Will definitely dispute charge, contact PayPal and BBB and report scam. Live and learn.. don't make my mistake read reviews first and don't order from this company!

Bought some merch and it got delivered in a timely manner. Good quality and price. Would have given 5 stars if it arrived a little earlier.

I ordered an astroworld hoodie that in the picture had the wording "wish you were here" on the back, and the front was supposed to have the word astroworld in rainbow on it. Got the hoodie and there is absolutely nothing on the front. The back is a bad iron on and it's a cheap brand sweatshirt... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Just reading the good reviews and they sound SO FAKE!!! WOW, how can a company get away with this! Unfortunately for me I placed my order without reading the review first. I would hate to file a claim with PayPal but will do it! I should have read the reviews first!

ZERO star is more like it. It's been over two months and nothing. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I've emailed twice, attempted chat help, and called the phone number that shows up on my account billing. Of course it goes to voicemail, and naturally, it is full. Next, I will go to my bank and have the charges reversed. I'm getting my money back!
