Haul bikes was great. It was a last minute decision to purchase a Harley in Spokane (I live in Georgia) and have it shipped to me. It was a seamless transaction. The motorcycle arrived today in the same shape that they picked it up.

Very thorough! I had heard horror stories from other bikers about damage in transport. I was happy to see my fears were unjustified ! It seemed the pickup and delivery times were a little long, but I understand the nature of the delivery service

This is the third motorcycle that Haulbikes has shipped for me, the first two deliveries were stellar, no complaints. This recent shipping experience was doomed from the start. The bike was delivered 3 weeks late from the date contracted for starters, upon delivery I walked around the bike and everything looked as i expected. I took delivery and drove the bike home three houses down from the delivery site, once in my garage I noticed the right rear turn signals was broken off the mount, it appears it was hit during storing and delivery, and now was hanging from the wires. I immediately called the driver literally 2 minutes after he left and discussed the issue. His response was “you signed the sheet upon accepting the bike and there’s nothing I can do, you will have to call and file a claim”.
I just got off the phone with Haulbikes and they said we have a $500 Deductable, you can file a claim for review if you like. The repair for parts and labor is $400.
Totally unacceptable response and I urge you to not employ Haulbikes, DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!!!
The entire experience from lame excuses why the bike was late to not accepting responsibility for this is a joke!

Thank you for moving my bike from FL to WA. The booking was easy and flexible. My customer rep Cheryl was very responsive and helpful. The overall transport time was reasonable, your delivery driver was very helpful and friendly and on time, but there was damage to my 2014 HD Ultra due to a strap loosening up and allowing the front fairing to rub on the trailer wall from Vegas to central WA.

I sure hope that when I file the claim your process is straightforward and honest. I will have to replace both the front and rear pieces of the fairing and the rubber seal that goes in between them. Please don’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops and argue about the damage and the cost of repairs.

I will update this review after my claim is complete and improve the rating if all goes well.

Customer Service People were always polite, helpful and informative. Deliver Driver John is an exceptional Individual who was extremely helpful and saved me time by letting me know that he was doing a delivery closer saving both of us time. With Employees like this why would I consider doing business elsewhere, a rare combination of Caring and knowledgeable.

Use this company if you want a professional delivery. For a motorcycle rider that is most important. Close second is quality of updates and customer service. Since i was too busy with my own move, i did not have the time to call or email them frequently, but when i did they got back in a 24 hour time frame.
The key thing is that they are not your best choice for speed of delivery. They move the bike between warehouses and so it takes longer (2-3 weeks) for the delivery. Price wise they are competitive and reasonable. Worked for me and i was happy with the outcome.
Another plus is that they hire veterans and riders themselves, and i respect them for that.
