Daily Direct HAULBIKES Avaliações

Truly a mixed experience.

Quote delivery was super fast with the lowest quotes in the game vs 4 others I cross-checked (very competitive).

...and now the biggest systematic issue...was the next steps after receiving the quote...there was zero follow-up process...zero next-step follow through. I had emailed and left voicemails with multiple people about received quotes...and got zero responses from 4-5 different representatives. I tried calling multiple times and couldn't get through, and when I did I had to follow-up again several times....this whole process of getting a signed contract took almost a month! Huge operational disconnect here, I'm guessing tons of leads are falling through the cracks.

Once a contract and delivery were signed and paid for, everything else went pretty smooth. The pick-up and delivery team, and bike handling were great. Only other issue was the huge relatively unknown pick-up/drop-off time period. Shipping across country took a month+, was expecting this bc of other reviews. But they can't guarantee any kind of window for pick-up or drop-off, which can highjack a big chunk of your summer....hopefully you're not out of town when they come..bc you literally get a call the day before they arrive :/ Most moving and car shipping companies give you a 3 day window...not here. Other issue is their delivery truck is quite large, so locations have to be pretty open (but the drivers work with you if your residential place is not suitable). If you can find a non-residential pickup and dropoff location, this will save you shipping costs fyi.

The bike had a dead battery. The driver jumped the bike and road it into the garage.

I originally booked with Haul Bikes on May 16 and was told it would be 4 to 5 weeks before delivery from West Virginia to idaho. Then it was six weeks then it was eight weeks then it was 10 weeks and finally, it was 12 weeks. I was told that the driver that was supposed to pick up the bike quit and the driver that was supposed to deliver the bike quit. This speaks volumes when drivers just quit with no notice. I thought it noteworthy that I had to sign a multi page contract and yet everything the company promised was just estimated. Will never use this company again.

I’ve been using daily direct for well over 20 years. I Build very high-end bikes 100,000 K +. Daily direct has always treated my motorcycles like my children. The drivers are fantastic loaded my bike flawlessly called me personally when it got to its destination , safe and sound. I wouldn’t use anyone else daily direct haul bikes you guys rock.

Pick up was smooth, drop off as well but there were issue -
It was dripping gas, valve was not shut off aafter your people rode it and the right peg was broken.
Everything was in tact when we handed it over. Gas valve was on off position ( double checked )and both pegs were in tact.
What gets me is that we weren't notified of any damage when it happened.

Easy to communicate with throughout the process and very helpful each time

Bike was transported undamaged, thank You. The operators took the bike out of transport mode. Batteries died in transit. They were weeks late returning my bike, missed the first two runs of our short season. I would use them again.

Delivery driver was good nice put the bike where we wanted it.

The only part of the whole journey was it took a long time to get our bike delivered. Granted it was from Washington State to GA, two months was a long time. Other than that it was wonderful and we both appreciate the help getting it home!

The hauler got bike to its destination quicker than expected. The bike was in good shape and no issues.
Thank you Haulbikes gor a great experience.

Cheryl was awesome can say anything more that she was awesome. Drive was great. Now it did take longer than it was supposed too. The bike did get there in 1 peace no damage to it an all the stuff I had in the saddle bags was 100% not been messed with. I would use them again an again. Just got delayed in transit well it was going coast to coast to my son in the Navy. An to be able to have it dropped off at the dealership an picked up from the dealership made it all worth it. Delay or no delay. Worth it. Thank you. Great job

Received the bike in perfect condition did take longer but I do understand just how busy you guys are. Also I understand about the price hike fuel prices and maintaining good drivers I have had you ship me two bikes and both the drivers busted their butts, those guys definitely deserve a good paycheck. Thanks

Great service!

Pick up and drop off went smoothly, both guys were more than eager to help load/unload the bike.

Thanks again

Took to long to pick up Harley Davidson from customer, was supposed to be picked up 8/5/26 or 8/7/26 then was supposed to be picked up 8/12/26 and then was finally picked up 8/14/26 and delivered 8/24/26.

Fast delivery. Easy to work with

Picked up our bikes in Georgia to deliver them to Seattle Washington. In almost 2 months of them on the trailer or in a warehouse. They made it to their Las Vegas warehouse and stayed their over 3 weeks. We had to cancel our trip and fly to Las Vegas to get our bikes. Last time we ever use HaulBikes!

First, Andrea was simply the best. I have used you before and believe she was there as well.
A family member passed just this morning before a scheduled pick-up and Andrea was able to directly connect with the people at the pick-up location who were wonderfully understanding and genuine.

In today's world, that is not always the case. It was refreshing to see ork with such down-to-earth people.

I would highly recommend your company without a doubt.
Andrea was fantastic in communicating details through the entire process, something that is imperative in this business.

Thank you kindly again!
I vote for a raise to Andrea and the two kind people at the pick-up!
Very sincerely,
Charles Pignataro
:) stay well...

Great driver. Fabulous service with professionalism on both pickup and delivery. Not a scratch on my ride. I’ll tell all my friends about you. It was worth every penny.

Most important: My bike arrived in the narrow time window I had booked in perfect condition. Driver unloaded it SO carefully. Reasonable price. It was picked up later than I had thought, but that didn't matter.

Good communication. On time. Great customer service.
