Bought it to clean and condition my Chanels. The soap doesn’t clean anything and the conditioner leaves a sticky feeling, but doesn’t seem to make a difference in terms of the look. Waste of money

Do not buy anything from this company. Scam artist ... placed an order on 06/26 ... still have to received it and label was created from NY. Company is telling me is it customs fault... no accountability and company does not do refund even if is their mistake. Stay away

Have supported them from the beginning and use them on every bag. They are a genuinely lovely company who has excellent customer service which ensures my bags continue to look like new

False advertisement. Bought items with the expectation that shipping was in 3-6 days. Had to follow up 9 days later from date of purchase, only then did they say item was going to be shipped and tracking will be sent. Don't put a shipping time if you cannot deliver, and no, it is not the carrier's fault.

When I purchased a new bag recently, I knew I had to try the hardware protectors and leather spray. I had seen amazing results and wanted to make sure my bag stays protected for years to come. I am very pleased with the speedy customer service, the feedback on questions I have had and the products themselves! Defo worth investing a bit more of your money to make sure your bag lasts a long time!
