I ordered two hoodie aged 11 to 13 for my 9 and 11 year old they are too small. I tried to contact tact you via email and your chat function but no one has responded. We love the jumpers but obviously can't wear them as they are too small. Could you please recommend what we can do to return/ exchange them?

I ordered a personalised hoodie from Haya Clothing twice. At the beginning there was a bit of a lack of communication, which was frustrating, but they later reached out with a sincere apology and compensated me with a refund. I really appreciated the honesty and effort to make things right.
Not many businesses show that level of integrity and care for their customers. In the end, I’m pleased with how they handled the situation and the service they provided. I would highly recommend Haya Clothing.

Really disappointed with their lack of communication and delivery date stated 3-5 working days, but went well over 11 days which is misleading. After several messages sent on different platforms no response, until 10th day. Was promised money back but hasn’t been processed. Quality of hoodie is not the greatest and a Gift very delayed. I will not be ordering from here again.
Appalling Service received by Haya Clothing.
I have purchased the item on the 13th February 2026, it was a birthday gift for my Husband. I had to chase Haya Clothing, via Chat, WhatsApp, and Email. They never responded to any of my communications. I have requested for a full refund for the item that did not arrive on time. It stated on the Shipping (Standard Delivery (3-5 days) for the items to arrive within that timeframe. It did not arrive within that timeframe at all. I had to contact my Barclay's Bank for a dispute to get my refund for the item that I have purchased on the 13th February 2026 that did not arrive for an item that I have paid online. I have received the item on the 03rd March 2026, after Barclay's Bank reaching out to Haya Clothing. It was then they took action and dispatched the item as Barclay's are requesting for a refund as the customer did not receive the item. I am very disappointed with the level of service that I have received to Haya Clothing which I have also put in the email which they never responded too till now.
Received product……After 3 months!!
Absolutely terrible service had to wait for almost 3 months just for an Arabic jumper. If I could give it a zero star or even a -100 I would!! !!!I placed my order on 23rd January and it’s only just arrived now. AVOID this company at all costs….poor communication and did not respond to any contact methods when I reached out. Also they said it takes between 2-5 days to delivery but I can confirm thats a lie. When I reached out to track my delivery they said it may have been lost in transit but they will check. With the courier. If it’s lost they said they will send out a new one in 2 days. Was unable to get any contact back from this neither did they send a new one out. It took me only recently until they sent a new one out but they failed to let me know. It arrived today amazing jumper, perfect quality and condition but it does not justify the lateness of the order and extremely poor customer service. I expect better from a Muslim business and I wonder what goes on in their head to even carry out a business like this whilst disregarding people reviews and complaints. DO NT PURCHASE FROM HERE…… if you placed an order and have yet to receive it report the company to gov and let hayya clothing know…. Thats what u had to do and only then did I get a confirmation of my order being sent out. THiS IS NOT HOW MUSLIMS DO BUSINESS. They also didn’t respond to me when I asked for a refund and at that time they didn’t even have my jumper made or sent out. Also they lied about my delivery being sent!! Absolute liars
Ridiculous service
Ridiculous service, item came severely late I was unable to get through to anyone. My item arrived a month later when it said expected delivery 3-5 days. I was unable to get through to their customer service team and I refuse to buy from this company again avoid! I tried to contact all social media accounts was not able to get through to them.
Better to shop elsewhere
If I could give this a 0 I would! Despite the website saying that the order would be fulfilled within 2 days it’s been weeks and my order still hasn’t been fulfilled, or shipped. Feeling so disappointed because this was meant to be a gift. I’ve reached out multiple times to the WhatsApp but they don’t reply. Please don’t let the AI chat box trick you into thinking this is a reliable website and save your money! Absolute scam and untrustworthy for Muslim sellers. Would avoid this website and tell everyone to avoid it. Please don’t use these sellers ahead of Eid etc.
UPDATE: I eventually received the order but still zero communication from the merchant. I had a look at their instagram after ordering and realised there hadn’t been any activity for years. The item I ordered was lovely but I wouldn’t recommend this site for trust reasons.

I got a response off the company with two dates that the item will be delivered. Yet again poor communication and the item still hasn’t been delivered. They said it will be yesterday the latest but still no sign. I have been lied to again

Poor service throughout, crap quality
The hoodies I paid for, I gave the names for them, one was right the other one they totally cocked up the name, so I am walking around with someone elses name on my hoodie, When I emailed the seller I never got a reply and was still ignored rather than being acknowledged and at least given a reply. It has made me feel unheard and disappointed in the poor service I've received
