Ordered online and delivered within 4days, excellent service. Having used the mower twice now, it gives an excellent cut, has some weight about it which creates great stripes. No issue with the battery still over half charged after 2 cuts on a small garden. Great product, glad I went cordless

Ordering direct from Hayter was a simple process. However, i was expecting the lawnmower to be delivered to my home address after paying £15 handling fee. Had I known it wouldn't, I would have gone direct to a dealer to order and collect from there.
The Harrier 41 was a gift for my husband and he is absolutely made up with it. The star reduced is due to the handling fee, for reasons unknown.

The parts that I ordered (SAE 30 oil) were delivered within a couple of working days.

Hi Mr Hayter,
I have owned my Hater Harrier 56 for over 20 years. Have recently bought a new Hayter Harrier 48, I have two complaints being six months in.
1) handlebars are too short so my feet keep hitting the grass box as you walk (so bad) you must try before you buy
2) the Lawnmower rattles and vibrates, this I am told is a common fault of Harrier 48 according to my garden service engineer.

Machine arrived in perfect condition. Easy to set up and a dream to use. Super easy cutting height adjustment. Clean sharp cut and the power drive to the rear roller makes it a joy to cut the lawn. And of course the beautiful stripes.

Only found out at the end of the purchasing process that my product was made in China. I specifically came to Hayter because it was a British company and didn’t want anything Chinese. I realise it’s probably made there as a part of your manufacturing process.
The delivery process could have been better. It needs more updates. Basically didn’t know when it was going be delivered until near the end.
The product itself is first class. Solid. Well made. Reassuringly heavy. Looks great. Mows great. I love the British racing green! And it suits our lawns down to a tee. Overall..pretty happy.

Had to chase multiple times where order was m - item eventually delivered with scratches. Can’t be bothered to do anything about it - it’s a lawnmower and will end up scratched but not a great introduction to the ‘buying a new quality lawnmower’ experience.

One week after placing our order for a new mower it had arrived and we were mowing our lawn. Our new mower replaced our old Hayter which was 40 years old and still working.
