ordered a receiving wire for my Widex hearing aid and was charged $82.04 on my credit card 9/02/24 never received, finally I e-mailed about it on 9/26/24 was informed they did not have it would I like a refund, I said yes!! so far all I have received back is there working on it??
I placed an order on 9/24/24 and have not received my order. They have been unresponsive to two inquiries. I was not provided a tracking number. I have contacted PayPal for a refund as I believe I have been scammed. Bad organization
This should be no stars. Ordered a set of hearing aids almost a month ago. I was contacted by the company who said the order would take 2 weeks. Still no order. I have telephoned repeatedly but none picked up. This morning's call resulted in an automated call saying that the number is out of service. Oh, and I also tried their contact form.
Wrote to the listed Director this morning about the company ceasing trading. Pleased to say the website has closed for any new orders. Hope those who have not received goods will get refund.
I ordered the Signia Silk Charge&Go 3IX Digital Hearing Aid for £711.00 on September 24, 2024. Since placing the order, I have not received any response to my calls or emails to chase them. The call eventually goes to voicemail, stating that the mailbox is full, and then ends.

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered some wax filters 11 days ago. 48hrs tracked delivery, no tracking number, no delivery, no one answering the phones 6 x calls, can't leave a voicemail (voicemail box full), no answer to emails. As a customer what do I do? Go elsewhere! I'll have my money back please. Tread very carefully remember, systems these days are all about them, not the customer.
Bought some hearing aids from this company. They are faulty. Turned up at their address in Stockbridge today to see a sign saying they ceased trading on 25 September 2024.

WE RETURNED A FAULTY HEARING AID APPROX 2 WEEKS AGO, WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE RETURNED WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. WE HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL AND E-MAIL WITH NO RESPONE (IN FACT THE VOICEMAIL SAYS MAILBOX FULL). WE HAVE NOW GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY IN THE UNIT NEXT DOOR AND THEY SAID THAT HEARING DIRECT SHUT UP SHOP LAST THURSDAY!! THATS £850 WE'LL NEVER SEE AGAIN!
Worst service ever, returned hearing aid for refund and never they never replied to my calls or emails, eventually had to go through credit card dispute to get refund!

Ordered hearing aid batteries at competitive price. Delivered as expected on time. Never had any issues ordering from Hearing Direct
In July I ordered a Signia hearing aid. I was told to do an online hearing test, which I did and had confirmation Hearing Direct had received this. I did not receive the hearing aid so in August requested a refund of £1190. Despite chasing the Customer Service Department, to date no refund has been forthcoming.
You were unable to provide the goods and have, so far, failed to reimburse me.
Placed an order in August, was told there was no stock. Emailed and chased for four weeks. Eventually I asked for the money to be returned and they stop replying. DO NOT USE!
I placed my £1400 order on 15/08/2024. There was no communication from the company until I contacted them on 30/08/2024. I was told they couldn't get the stock and I was offered a refund, which I accepted. After two more weeks, there was no communication or refund from the company. Luckily, I had paid via PayPal and raised a dispute through PayPal. PayPal gave Hearing Direct a deadline to respond, which they failed to meet. PayPal reimbursed me and started my refund on 22/09/2024. There is still no word from Hearing Direct.
This company cannot be trusted. My experience with Hearing Direct proves it.
Ordered in July 20sets of 675batteries and now theyre finished. I do have cochlear implant so a battery last tipycally 3days. But this ones finished after 2-3hours. I wouldnt recommend. 20sets of 6 batteries should last me for at least 6months. 😒
Poor service, do not use. Ordered a hearing aid and they could not fulfil order so I cancelled it. Four weeks later I am waiting for a £700 refund. It’s tantamount to theft and they are absolutely disgraceful. They are still taking orders they can’t fulfil.
No hearing aids supplied as they’re in dispute with the manufacturer. Refund requested, no refund, no one returns calls. Face less company that has zero customer service.
