I had to wait longer than I would have…
I had to wait longer than I would have liked, however, considering the item comes from the UK It was very prompt. I really liked the up-dates letting me know where my item was in shipment. Thank You.

Issues with buying Roger On/In
Initially supplied me with wrong item and took two weeks to supply replacement. Then couldn't technically support me, so had to pay another audiologist to configure device purchased.
