I had a hearing test and purchase hearing aids through HearingNow. I found the whole procedure, from start to finish, truly amazing.
Koorosh was professional, informative and friendly. He explained how hearing aids function and how they can enhance my day to day life. He deals with queries in depth and in a way that is easy to understand.
I would like to add that the cost was well below the general high street audiologist.
I can highly recommend this company and thank you, Koorosh, for making the whole experience enjoyable.

I had a consultation with Mr Nejad at the Crystal Palace clinic today, following advice from my GP about my blocked ear. Mr Nejad was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain the problem, anatomy, the remedial treatment and ongoing preventative care. Excellent care from Koorosh Nejad. I was having problems with my hearing and put it down to a build up of wax. Mr Nejad discovered I had an ear infection and wrote a referral letter to my GP who saw me the next day. I'm very grateful that it was all dealt with so professionally and quickly thanks to Mr Nejad.

I’ve already reviewed HearingNow following an earlier initial appointment, but Koorosh’s professionalism, expertise and friendliness does warrant a further mention. I’m so glad I found this service as it’s been key in getting me to acknowledge my hearing challenges and to actually do something about them. Two weeks nearly with my new hearing aids (Widex Allure) and I’m beginning to (slowly) acclimatise myself to the dramatic changes. I’d be a liar if I claimed it to be plain sailing because it’s not. It has been challenging, frustrating and upsetting at times too BUT I can recognise that I’m in a much better place with them than without them. Koorosh has skilfully and subtly helped manage my expectations and I am confident that I will soon be living harmoniously with them. That a follow-up appt has been made for me at the time of the fitting (is that the word?) has been immensely reassuring for me as Koorosh has anticipated that I will have further questions and frustrations too to voice (all to be expected, of course).
