Every box is a joy to open! I use the contents mainly as special gifts, occasionally keeping a treasure for myself. It's like a quick visit back in Scotland, bringing home special treats to share.

It arrived when it was expected. Everything in it is as described. The tablet box is crushed but the tablet is fine. This isbgoing to be a really fun Christmas gift.

Very friendly and responsive customer service. Great products.

Look forward to my box every month! Every piece warms my heart and makes me long to be back in Scotland.

Love to open to see items that are a surprise. sometimes candy or bisquits. have put to good use beautiful scarves and mitts.
I wear the jewelry alot.

I have received several Heartboxes and love all of the products I have received. I can tell a lot of thought is put into choosing the themes and gifts in each box. I love receiving a small piece of Scotland each month!

I enjoy getting sneak surprises each month on the new monthly items and learning more about the Scottish location where the items are made.

I love all things Scotland. I enjoy getting the little trinkets to hang on my wall that I made receive. I have 1 wall dedicated to that. Your service is great. Thank you. Looking forward to the December box!

The box was intact and not mashed in like twice before

Great items, and unlike other boxes that repeat the same offerings, this box makes each box unique.

Absolutely love receiving my box of Scottish items every month. The thought put into the boxes every month to create these boxes is amazing, the recipes sent are always delicious.
Each month when I receive my box is the highlight of the day for me.
Knowing each product is local to Scotland is definitely a key factor as to why I choose to continue my subscription.
Keep up the great work
I await my next box with anticipation...

The website was easy to navogate and great options of products.

Wonderful Scottish items and themes. I hope to renew someday after double total knee replacement. Thank you for such quality and great customer service. SN

I had my first Irn Bru when I visited Scotland last year. I loved it and was so happy to get to order a Heartbox containing Irn Bru and other goodies. It was perfect!

These boxes always have quality products from food items to household products. I've given Heart boxes as gifts several times and they're always a hit!

Everything I have received from you has been great. We have a room in our house decorated with only items from things from your Scottish shop

All my transactions with Heartbox have been great. There are the occasional shipping issues, but that is beyond the control of Heartbox. I would suggest on something like the "treats of Scotland" to not double up on so many items - instead of two of many things, one of each thing to allow more variety. I do understand it is a difficult balance - what if someone enjoys something and they only have one, LOL.
