Good quality build with a very good finish. The communal areas in Bishopgate Gardens are of a high quality. I’ve bought two apartments from this developer. The other one was station terrace. This was a far smaller project. Both apartments have been rented out continuously without problem. Their letting scream manage everything for me

Great communication and professionalism throughout the process.

I’ve added another investment property to my portfolio and look forward to purchasing further properties with the company.

I bought a property with the Heaton Group. It was my first investment property so was a bit nervy. A friend recommended them to me as a good company to work with. They were very helpful from start to finish. My apartment is now rented out with a good rental income. The Heaton group are managing the tenant which is great as I live far away.

I've bought two properties from the Heaton Group and I'm delighted with the service. I first bought an apartment with the company back in 2020 in Bishopgate Gardens. This apartment is manged by them and the rental yield is good and it has been hassle free.
