From the initial contact with Emma G to meeting the brilliant chap who showed us how to work everything we've been so impressed. Emma couldn't do more or be more helpful to us complete novices and Craig was so patient, kind, funny and explained everything thoroughly. We didn't feel hurried or stupid (even though he might be forgiven for thinking we were at times!) We are volunteers putting up Christmas lights and none of us have ever used a cherry picker before. He made it much less daunting and as a consequence we were confident and the whole experience went very well. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you're not a professional and a bit nervous. Price was very competitive and service exceptional.

What a great experience. We hired a cherry picker after contacting height for hire on the Wednesday to hire on Thursday absolutely hassle free. Whole experience from enquiring to dropping off ran so smoothly. The machine was great and Danny who met me for an induction at the machine was extremely polite and helpful.

I’ve used Height for Hire for many years now, always using a 20m self drive machine. I use it for access when cleaning windows at the top of the house and for painting the house and the cladding. They are easy to drive, manoeuvre and set up, will fit into your driveway and the Multitel has fantastic reach (height and distance). Mark is really responsive and very helpful. If you need to work at height and a ladder won’t do, height for hire are the guys. Wouldn’t use anyone else

Max was a fanatic operative and communicated really well throughout the job in a different loud busy environment it was his first time using the mewp on a tree job

Pleasure to work with nothing was a bother, moving the van a few times to allow for the work to be carried out safely, will definatly use again in future

Hiring made easy.
Online setup and handy pickup from B&Q carpark made it so easy to hire the self drive Cherrypicker. The machine was like new, very easy to drive and with 21 meter reach was well capable to do all my tasks. Staff were on hand to help with any issues and very easy to deal with.
I would highly recommend, and will definitely use again.

I have used Height for Hire for a long time now. Any time i ring Mark he knows what i am looking for as soon as I say where it is for, the Bronto's are brilliant if Craig is driving, he knows exactly where to place machine to get the best out of the boom 50 or 70 meters up. The real winner though is the 20 meter Cabstar though this machine is so simple to use very good at small moves in tight areas and the reach is fantastic very well balanced when yanking on stubborn roots in the gutters. The setup is also so simple when leveling get the bubble in the centre with the 4 easy to adjust levers.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The cherry picker we hired was perfect allowing us to easily and safely paint the house. Craig Ashford who demonstrated how to use the cherry picker was very professional and thorough. We felt confident about how to use the equipment and had no issues.
