Hello Cake addressed my concern, even though it was a product they didn't produce , but it was a product of a company they bought.

Problem resolved hopefully the new product received does not fail. If it does I hope for the same experience again in other words, I don’t believe I have a warranty on it, but if it is faulty, I would hope for an honest replaceable with no charge due to all the grief I’ve had over yawls products as far as Customer Service has gone very smooth thank you

Great products
Great products, good sales. Understand the need for the 'Intake' forms to buy Meds but that is an inconvenience for current prescription holders.

We're sorry for the delay and we appreciate the feedback! Should we ever be put in this situation again we'll make sure to communicate more clearly.
Bad bottles
Something has changed in the dispenser of the Tush Cush. Lube is great but I bought 3 bottles and with all of them the top has separated and come off. I would attach a picture if this review allowed it. I’ve bought the same thing in the past and haven't had an issue but now I have three useless bottles. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing them again.
