No shipping info given at initial checkout,and no further communication takes u to a secondary shipping company ,then goes through customs ,and then becomes a local shipping company or canada post or us mail service! And if stolen like mine was cause was left in driveway and not my porch,it becomes a losing battle on PayPal!

I ordered something 2-2-2026 never received the tracking number. And never received a package. And no reply from customer service. HX2026020231619014299

I tried to cancel my order very soon after placing it, because I changed my mind about needing the item (for personal reasons). Apparently it was too late. Subsequent emails to their customer service department were not very helpful, and after only a short time I received no reply at all to my updated query. Poor communication with little concern showed for my issue.

I have bought too many sextoys at Hallofuntoys.

I've been very "unlucky" with the last 4 products, as the newest one worked for 2 minutes, it just didn't work anymore and the others have been running 10-16 minutes, and that just can't be right!! ( of course they have been charging) and I have really read the instruction manual more than once as I wanted to be sure that it was not me who did anything wrong. If you want to buy sex clothing - you should not buy from here because it is too expensive as it only works for a short time. I just put those dates on.

This isn't a review but I believe it's relevant. I live on a fixed income and when I saw a product advertised at a certain priced I was quite interested. I had not seen it near that price anywhere. So my only way of knowing anything about Hellofuntoys was to do a google search and I trust trustpilot. The overwhelming response is favorable so I want to say I believe it's a reputable company that has earned my money.

I bought a "double egg amber masturbator" from Hello Fun Toys and absolutely love it... Similar products advertised on Amazon at higher price and not as good as this one with 2 motors - vibrating and thrusting with many variations. It is amazing & so easy to clean. The greatest thing is that it works great for any penis size or "state" but I assure you, you won't stay un-erect for very long !

CAUTION. The battery charges only for one use. And when you want to use it after three or four days. You have to charge it again a day before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Right off the bat first time ordering from this company and am already not happy. After I ordered I got a confirmation email and in that email it said I would get a tracking number when my item has shipped. According to their site my order was shipped but I was never provided with a tracking number. So I kindly sent their customer service an email with order number and letting them know I never got a tracking number for my order. I have yet to get a response or see my order show up. I'm at the point of disputing the charge as fraud. I had high hopes this company was legitimate but apparently not. Buyers beware. I wouldn't mind doing a lot more business with this company but as of now I'm not impressed. Hopefully my order shows up but the lack of a tracking number that was said I would be given and the lack of customer support I'm not very hopeful it will.
