EN ting er at det er faktuelt forkert, der kommer fortoldningsgebyr uanset pris hvis der ikke er betalt moms.
En anden ting er holdningen til at fuske og svindle, sådan en virksomhed kan man ikke stole på

Great service and products, definitely recommend

I bought 3 toys and they arrived in about 2 weeks.
That was understandable with issues returning to normal after Covid.
After a few uses 2 of the toys stopped working..
I contacted hellofuntoys and received a response saying that I would have to take a video of the faulty toys to which I did..
After sending that video in I have been contacted with good news..
HELLOFUNTOYS will send me two new toys to replace the faulty ones FREE of charge..!!
Absolutely great customer care with this company and I would recommend buying all your quality toys from them..
Eagerly awaiting my new toys to arrive to me in AUSTRALIA..!!

Going on holiday and not having the opportunity to pick up the package

First off they made a mistake and I got the wrong product however they more than made up for that with their excellent customer service. They corrected the mistake and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have any hesitations in ordering from them again. They’re good to deal with.

Really? The response is that you are not responsible for wrong delivery? I got that part. Please don’t forget that AFTER I paid and complete transaction is when you warned me that due to some issues there would be a two (2) days delay in correspondence. And here is where the problem begins. By the time I received notification about an issue it was already into its second day. By the time you received MY response and address change it was another four (4) days! Of course the post office returned the item to distribution center, (still don’t know that is)
You may want to check your auto response system. Becausev Monday you say item was destroyed, Tuesday you say it’s in v transit. Wednesday you say address issue and request my address AGAIN. This pattern has gone on since August.
My concern is why there is a failure to communicate or provide a phone number that is in English Ava’and actually have a person to answer after putting me on hold for 5min.
We both agree I never got package and yet you don’t feel I should be compensated. Is that costumer service?

I ordered 2 products from this company. I had NO idea what to expect. My honest feeling was that my items would be of average quality. Boy… was I wrong! They are both excellent in workmanship and function. I’m actually thrilled with what I received, I truly am. The package’s tracking info said out for delivery on the day they arrived. Well, after 9pm I figured I’d get it the next day. It arrived after I went to bed! I will definitely be ordering from these guys again. Thanks, HelloFunToys.

Purchased product for $75 that had no indication of size on product page, which means one size fits all (these things are supposed to be soft and pliable, right?) Received product, was too small for me to use (and I'm not abnormally large, just average) and the interior rubber part was very firm and unyielding (as stiff as sole of a sneaker).

Contacted merchant with polite request for return or refund but was refused. They claim no quality problem, too bad so sad. I said I'm not claiming quality issue I'm claiming design problem that there is no give to the product and is undersized for an average person, and/or truth in advertising problem that there is no indication of size on product page so no way for buyer to determine fit before purchase and trying it out. Once tried it out it is "used" and they won't accept return. So that's a clever trap there.

Fine, dont take it back but at least issue refund or alternate product because this product is useless to me. Big NOPE from them. Back and forth in emails 3 more times trying to explain physics of two objects cant occupy the same space at same time, but they just claim not their problem.

Meanwhile their website AND the product page both tout "100% satisfaction guarantee, your satisfaction is our goal!". Blatant lie. This merchant does not stand behind their products and does not care about customer satisfaction. Once they have your money, you're just an annoyance.

I am now out $75 for a product I cannot use. Filed complaint with FTC and am disputing the charge on my credit card.

Sent the wrong item twice.
The toys arrived unpackaged, no box or instructions, just loose wrapped in bubble wrap. When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to return the toys first (for only a partial refund!!). Think about that for a moment. Opened, unpackaged sex toys that they are asking for returns on.

Disgusting. Do not buy from this company unless you like the idea of a second hand sex toy. And if you really have to buy from them make sure you use PayPal so you can dispute your order if they get it wrong, because otherwise they will stop replying to your emails.

the toy cost £45 was absolutely rubbish the latex insurt was caught between the casing i had to free it by undoing the casing the all the cogs in the drive gear box was loss and kept slipping did not have any power to operate the toy without it keep jamming up the only pleasure i got out of it was to b bining it sorry assault rubbish

I think this reason is acceptable. The most important thing is that the product is very easy to use. Do Not Buy. Products supplied are cheap, badly made and break with ease. What you see on the website is not what you get sent to you. Item broke within a day. Tried to get a refund and they refused, saying I was using it incorrectly. They blamed me for their garbage products. And then Paypal refused my refund claim too. AVOID
UPDATE: Response below is total nonsense. They did everything in their power not to refund me, and to stop my Paypal claim. Total scam. DO NOT BUY
