First experience was great! Jeffrey was incredibly helpful giving me information and tips as a first time home buyer.

I submitted my information to Tomo on Wednesday at 1:00pm and I had a pre-approval in hand by 4:00pm. They made the process simple and treated us as though we were their top priority for the day! I will definitely recommend Tomo for your mortgage needs.

After our initial contact, we received a callback quickly. The reps/advisors we spoke to (Lisa, Ted) were personable, clear and focused, following through with apps and information without prompting from us. They were also helpful getting our info downloaded correctly and answering any questions. Our pre-approval document was easy to read and presented within the first 24 hrs. The document also contained 'dos and don'ts' while we wait for an offer to be accepted. That may sound unnecessary; I find that thorough.

What sets your establishment apart is the staff's impressive knowledge regarding the preparation of the food, the brewing of the beers, and the specific textures and flavors of the desserts. Pre-approval process is easy. Everyone is super helpful and there for any questions and clarification you need. The online form is quick and simple to fill out. A hard credit check is not needed, which eased our worry of having our credit ran numerous times by lenders. Highly recommend adding this to your list of possible lenders.
