Wrong items sent, rude customer service
I ordered replacement filters from this company and both of the items i received were incorrect. Their website listed a 10 pack of filters and only one arrived. They told me it was a mistake in the website description. The HEPA filters were also incorrect. I paid extra for the manufacturers replacement parts (vs the off brand) and was sent the off brand. When i called to inquire about the mistake they were quite rude, although they did end up refunding me the difference in cost. They told me they don't even have the name brand ones in stock anymore so the website listing is just a catfish. I think it's shady to send customers the wrong (lower value) stuff hoping they don't complain and then to act defensive when they do.

was visiting from florida and really needed CPAP supplies. They were available on a weekend for me.

When my CPAP machine failed on Monday, the company I had been doing business with for over twenty years told me it would take at least six weeks to replace it. I called Help Medical Supplies on Tuesday (it was recommended to me by Chatgpt), and spoke to the wonderful Jeanette Stapleton, who not only helped me place my order, but even checked to make sure the equipment I wanted was available and that it met my needs! She shipped it out right away, and, incredibly, I had my new machine delivered on Wednesday, the very next day, with free shipping (and a 10% discount). I plan to use this company in the future and highly recommend them!

His friendly attitude and professionalism regarding CPAP supplies has surpassed other suppliers that I’ve tried. I wished I could do more for Nick, like give him a raise, of which he surely deserves. I bought a refurbished oxygen concentrator, the machine was broken. They returned none of my emails. They also didn’t request a prescription which I thought was strange. I will have to file with my bank to get my money back.
Exceptional service by Nick Grinberg
Yesterday, I called Help Medical Supplies to discuss the rental of an oxygen concentrator and spoke to Nick Grinberg. I was unfamiliar with all aspects of the medical apparatus as well as the rental process. Nick patiently walked me through the entire process and patiently listened to my myriad questions. He did not pressure me to immediately close the deal when I told him I did not want to rent that day because I wanted to perform my due diligence on the product and Help Medical Supplies. My research showed that both had excellent reviews.
Today, I called Nick back. He remembered my name and that we had talked the day before. Nick made the rental booking very easy for me. He was both friendly and professional.
I believe Help Medical Supplies and Nick Grinberg both deserve a 5 star rating.

Very quick delivery and the ResMed Airsense 10 works well. Just 4 stars, because the unit did not ship with a power cord, and I did not receive the unit that I thought I was ordering. Confusing number of options for Resmed 10's, and I ordered the wrong model. Be careful to read the descriptions, and I think they should provide more info on their website to highlight differences. A comparison table would be nice. The "card to cloud" model I received has no cellular connectivity and it does not communicate with the Resmed App. You have to bring or send the sd card to your provider for them to review your sleep data. I did not realize this until after I had opened the box and hooked up the equipment.
NO refund on defective product--beware!
ordered cpap mask - received, used briefly, and found it to be defective. However, they say once package opened, can't get your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money & offer no recourse to faulty equipment.

Eric and Help Medical Supplies were incredibly helpful when I needed a replacement part for a CPAP for a visiting relative. Eric responded to my request immediately and they had the tube that I needed. I was able to pick it up within an hour. Eric was great, and available to call in case we had any questions. Great location in the city for easy pick up, and a really good price.
