I purchased a 10 liter oxygen concentrator a little over a year ago and it is failing today. I also purchased a 5 liter of the same Devilbis brand in November of 2025, and it died in January 2026. Two months of use, and under warranty and the company expects me to pay shipping to send a very heavy machine back to them and they said they will keep it up to 6 months for repairs. They only pay for shipping, even under warranty, within 30 days. If I didn't have a backup, I couldn't afford to not have the machine for six months. Now, the backup is going out. I've spent over $2000 on concentrators with them in just over a year and they were horrible customer service and now I might be without a concentrator. They are counting on people not wanting to pay to ship things back to them and they will be forced to buy a new one.

The kicker is - I originally purchased another brand that I knew was reliable. They called me to convince me to change to the Devilbis brand. They claimed it was better, and the prices were about equal so I listened and switched. But they don't last long, and I think somehow they must get a kickback.

Making it difficult to get repairs under warranty, even when the machine fails in an unreasonably short time makes this company a 1-star for me.

Would not recommend. Don't waste your money. The machines are low quality.

Never received. Looking at other reviews, I believe they are scammers. I have contacted them and still no response.

I purchased a portable oxygen concentrator in March, 2025. The first time I used it when traveling, the handle on the bag broke. I returned it to them as I was informed there is a one year warranty. After a couple of months I finally get a replacement which appears new, in a bag, but has the exact same break. They insist it is new, but regardless are not helping me to get another replacement.

I purchased order N102582 for $2,922.20. The company’s courier delivered the carton to my trans-shipping provider, but since the battery inside couldn’t legally fly by air, the entire package was returned to the seller completely unopened. Despite receiving back unused goods, I was refunded only $2,328.36 — a 20% deduction — and I also paid for the return shipment myself. I explained the situation and asked for an exception, but they flatly refused, citing policy. This wasn’t a “changed mind” return; it was a logistics restriction. The rigid application of their policy, even in such an exceptional case, felt unfair and not customer-friendly.

They're definitely a switch and bait company. Who sent me a defective unit? A home oxygen compressor. It didn't work and I sent it back and I never heard from them again. So I'm out 500 bucks and a lot of work. Packing it up and returning it. It's simply a scam.

Didn't get me my mask. They said they sent it and it was sent back. Their mistake. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. The most UNPROFESSIONAL chat agents (Hi "Linnea" I've ever dealt with. Wont return phone calls. Slams the chat closed without answers after long long silences.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is blatantly using false advertising to sale and ship products that clearly don't represent the actual product in their descriptions! They are scamming customers by refusing to refund their money once a return is requested. On their packaging label it clearly says, "You may return most New or unopened items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund". When contacted they point out that the item doesn't fall under their return policy because it was opened. How could a customer possibly know there is an issue with a product unless they open the package? They are playing word games with the intent to mislead customers in effect using fraud tactics to sale products that don't represent what customers are expecting. Not to mention the fact that if they are advertising a product that is supposably New, then obviously it falls into the category of New unless otherwise advertised as used or refurbished. When you contact their customer service, they are VERY uncooperative providing no solutions other than there's nothing they are going to do in trying to resolve the issue. In my particular case I sent them a photo of my mask which showed clearly it was much larger than what they sent me as an XL-mask. Which appeared more to be a size in the Adolescence category not Adult. Despite pointing out this fact the lady on the line laughed at my request and rudely blew my complaint off saying "Do whatever you want but were not going to refund your money have a nice day and hug up!" I have bought several masks over the years, so I know the difference between an adult XL mask, and something that isn't. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this company they are ripping customers off who obviously are looking for economical option for purchasing medical supplies. Yet this outfit is taking advantage of that fact and could care less about the repercussion from their mendacious business practices.

Do not trust your childs medical supplies to these careless sellers. They sent out a completely different thing from what I ordered. No apology. My infant depends on the infant cannulas. Thank god I am a prepared parent because you can mot deoend on this company! I had given them a second chance from messing up a first order too. My mistake and never again.

Was able to get what I needed for my mother very fast. Will use them again

Was happy to find this nebulizer. I have one that is at least 20 years old! Purchased the same model for a family member given the high quality.
I had a question about the product and I received an expedient response with no wait time. Item was shipped out and received in no time!

I have been searching for nebulizer masks that do not leak through various sources, including big box companies. They all failed!

The masks, and more importantly, the medicine cup that I purchased here work perfectly!!

I am a retired paramedic with 40 years experience and the setups here are like what I used in the field and hospital.

First they use shopify, which I hate. Worse, I got a nebuluzier mask made in China that reeks of chemicals. Why would I want something like that pressed up against my face? Cheap and toxic. Went right into the trash. Total waste of money.

I am so happy to find No Insurance Medical Supplies. The cost was amazingly less than my local supplier who wanted $300 for the same products I just paid $70 for. The quality is the same or better. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future!
