Ordered multiple Falmouth Polo shirts. After a few months the stitch line at the bottom of the shirts started failing, resulting in holes.

I’ve emailed customer services multiple times, with attached pictures and heard absolutely nothing.

Terrible quality and customer service.

Jeg har købt et par sejlersko hvor alt snøre går igennem nogle metaløjer, disse øjer er med en nærmest microkant på bagsiden, hvorfor de stort set er faldet ud af det bløde læderområde de sad i. Jeg finder at et kvalitetsmærke som Henri-Lloyd, burde det have været lavet MEGET bedre!!

Ordered on a Sunday and needed delivery Friday morning so selected express. Hadn’t had a delivery date from the courier by Wednesday so contacted customer service at HL, jacket arrived Friday morning. Very happy to have it for a North Sea crossing

I have ordered two jackets and needed to return them, as the size was not a good fit.

I have ordered two more jackets in a different size.

After two weeks from when the wharehouse has recieved the parcel I did not get any information from the company, no refund, my emails were never answered.

What is funny, I wrote to them an hour after placing the order to ask about something - no response. And after two weeks or so I get a survey how satisfied I was with the customer support. Customer WHAT? Seems to be an unfunny joke.

The delivery is prompt, with regular email/text updates & the quality of the clothing is great.

I have purchased various garments, shorts, trousers, polo shirts, tee-shirts, trousers, a jumper and a jacket.

Without exception the quality and durability is exceptional. The lightweight fabrics used for the polo and tee-shirts make a huge difference in humid weather and keep you cool.

The shorts are the most comfortable and stylish I have, they look amazing and I get good compliments.

Highly recommended for sailors and land-lubbers alike!

Henri-Lloyd is one of my favourite shops both for sailing/boating kit, and for kit you can wear out of the water. Their clothing lines are excellent quality, and reasonably priced (particularly in their semi-annual big sales).

The site is delightful and easy to use. The shipping was fast and the change of size went smoothly.
