I recently ordered three shirts from Heraldsclothing after seeing one of their online advertisements. The shirts in the ads looked stylish and high quality, especially considering the low prices. Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like the advertised products. The shirts were of very poor quality and, in my opinion, looked like cheap knockoffs.

I contacted customer service immediately to request a return. Although Heraldsclothing responded promptly, they initially offered only a 20% refund to my original credit card instead of accepting the return. When I insisted on returning the items, they informed me that I would have to ship them back to an address in China. I quickly realized that the international return shipping would likely cost a significant amount, making a return impractical.

Rather than spending even more money or pursuing a dispute over a relatively small purchase, I reluctantly accepted the 20% refund to recover at least part of my loss.

Based on my experience, I believe this company uses misleading advertising. The products shown in the advertisements appear far better than what is actually delivered, and the expensive international return process makes it difficult for customers to obtain a full refund. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase from Heraldsclothing to be cautious and research the company carefully before placing an order.

I was looking for a flat heel shoes and I was unable to find a design where it meets my requirement in all levels. The collections are really awesome and some of the styles are so unique.

Ordered dress shoes and got the ol China Bait and Switch. Finally cleared Customs and arrived today. The shoes were not even in a box. I wear a size 13 and juzt by looking at them, you could tell they would have fit me when I was 11 years old. The shoes were NOT the same as pictured in order. Total waste of $$ and time.

Quality of clothing is very very cheap. They sent the wrong size and upon reaching out to them to get my money back . They are trying to give store credit . Scam scam scam do not buy anything from them
