I was excited to try their period pants and invested in three pairs.
Really disappointed, they leak and don't feel dry. The bands are so thick and tough that they actually made the inside of my legs really sore.

I was looking for a company that cared about their buyers, was inclusive, reasonably priced and good for the environment. I enjoy the period pants the most, they are super comfy and work super well. Doesn't feel any different to regular underwear. Easy to wash and am happy to support them.

I placed an order and it arrived quickly and in great condition. There were a pair where the sizing had been different to the other pairs and I asked how I could exchange them. They offered me a refund or replacement but as the sizing was spectacular in the other styles I went with a replacement. I asked how I could return the unworn pair (I had two in this style so I had only asked to exchange the unworn pair of course) and Ash came back to say that I didn't need to return them that a replacement in my chosen style has been sent out to me. All within 12 hours of my initial email. Really impressed by the speed of resolution.

Absolutely phenomenal pads. My periods are extremely heavy. I come across these last month as my old brand was not good enough.

Update: To their credit, after reaching out to the customer services email twice, a second email got through to me from Flo confirming there was a warehouse issue and they sent me a replacement order which did reach me. I never received their first response, either in my inbox or junk so I'm not sure what happened there. I am changing my review to reflect the above. The pads themselves are good quality and value, so I may restart my subscription in the future but I'm going to try another brand first to see if it is more seamless. I think having a Flo customer service number to call may help as well, since it wouldnt leave customers in silence for weeks while emails fail to arrive in inboxes.

I purchased a monthly subscription but weeks later my order never arrived! I tried contacting the contact email twice and never received a response. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable and I still haven't received my money back. I'd recommend everyone stays away from this brand.

Bought M which were far too tight causing me alot of marks, bought a pack of 3 L (14-16) and were still extremely tight causing me marks. I would buy atleast 2 sizes up, they say its down to bloating but its not down to that I think if you have hips then you will have to buy a much bigger size as they have not gotmuch stretch to them and they also dont offer refunds but try to get you to buy more.

Really poor customer service. Product has a THICK band that is MUCH larger - and different fabric than pants- that cuts into anyone with - well - curvy hips! NO REFUNDS - be careful. They say its for 'hygiene' even tho product is never worn + in original packaging.
Instead of a refund, they try to get you to buy MORE of their (poor) product offering a 'CODE". :(

I have ordered some period pants four weeks ago have sent a couple of emails to the address and have heard nothing back all I get when trying to track them is the same screen I either want my items or my £30 back

I’ve been using there period products for a while and I couldn’t recommend them enough I’ve got my sister using them and few of my friends and they haven’t looked back since they are so comfortable and soft plus better for the plant which is a big bonus!

I can't recommend this company and its products enough. Female owned their natural sanitary products are devoid of any harsh chemicals and are 100% cotton.
They are very absorbent and have improved my daughter's menstrual cramps significantly since using them. Sustainable products at a great price. Give them a try.

I regular order items from Here We Flow for my daughter. When I went to place an order today I noticed they had pre ticked the "re order every 3 weeks" I despise companies that do this sort of thing so cancelled my order and found the Boots supply the same items and are cheaper.

Really disappointed, brought 2 pairs of the period pants but they're awful.
Both pairs leaked after a couple of hours
Tried emailing the customer service and heard nothing at all.
Don't waste your money.

After a very long wait I did receive a response from customer services and they refunded my purchase.

I have been using Flo pads for over 3 years now. Initially I was attracted by their eco-friendliness as I did not cope with reusable options. They are super soft and comfortable to wear and really absorbant. Only had one leak overnight in the entire time I’ve used them which is a much better performance than other mainstream brands I had been using

Very poor communication, no reply to my emails. You cannot return or even exchange items so I wouldn't shop with them again. You can return swimwear with no issues so I don't know why they have this policy, for their benefit rather than their customers I expect.

Sooo pleased with my period pants they fit so well and are so comfortable and don't leak or smell amazing purchase I zm going to buy more

I wanted to cancel my membership/subscription but my email address isn't recognised so I can't sign in. And yet I'm receiving emails from them saying my sanitary towels are being shipped and money is being taken from me! I first emailed hiya(at)hereweflo.co nearly 2 weeks ago and still no response! I'm hoping I'll get a quicker response on here.

I do love the idea of the brand they seem very ethical however I’ve not had a great experience with the tampon applicators . The tampon gets stuck to the end of the applicator and comes out when removing the applicator which everyone knows is not a nice feeling 🥴
I do have a subscription at the min but I’ve stopped using them due to this because it seems to happen a lot and not a nice experience

I love their period underwear - where have they been all my life? As a person who does not feel comfortable wearing tampons (or a cup), I am so happy I found a comfortable (and more sustainable) solution. The Sex education design is also so cute. Use the 2-4-1 offer while it lasts (I have just ordered another 2!). I am a UK 8-10, and I purchased one S and one M. I used the S when I was out, and the M when I was sleeping to be a bit more comfortable. Washing them up has also been really easy. Not going back to pads, however for the days I have very little blood flow, I use their bamboo panty liners. Overall very happy, really hope that with a higher demand, they will be able to lower their prices in the future.

Rubbish communication - directed to an email that does not respond. No items received. Had high hopes but have been really dissapointed.

Yes I have used that email and had no reply. I emailed earlier this week and in response to you reply - no you do not reply at all nevermind your auto response of 72 hours 🙄

Sizing is completely off. I’m normally a UK size 12/14, they recommend sizing up so I went for the large (apparently a UK size 16/18). Looking at the label apparently they are a UK size 16/18, a US size 8 (which is a UK 12) and a EU size 40 (also a UK 12). A size 12 seems about right and they are a little on the snug side, which I wasn’t expecting given I went large and isn’t what I wanted from the product.
