Extremely Satisfied
Ms. Payne was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing. The process was easy to complete and the information was easy to undetstand. I appreciate Ms. Payne for her assistance in providing me with peace of mind in taking care of my future funeral needs and her attention to customer service. I recently had two Matriarchs in our family die within days of each other. Devastating for sure, but each Woman had the forsight to have paid funeral arrangements in place. We were able to mourn and celebrate their legacies without the terrible burden of locating money to pay for expenses. I told Ms. Payne I wanted that for my family and she helped me do it!

I had a situation with this company. and they were not willing to resolve it. But Michael at Heritage Associates stepped in and let me see that they care about their clients and being on the side of right.

Updated on July 17, 2023: All of the concerns here with Lincoln Heritage were completely valid and your frustration was absolutely warranted. You made what should have been a simple request. You requested to move your recurring payment date to the 25th of each month, and the Service advisor at Lincoln Heritage incorrectly changed the recurring payment date to the 5th of each month instead of the 25th beginning in July. This was an unacceptable error.
Thank you for working with Michael and our agency, Heritage Associates. Your earnestness and cooperation enabled us to coordinate with Lincoln Heritage directly to call attention to the error and have Lincoln Heritage overnight you a refund check. We can't apologize enough for this situation and appreciate your graciousness and responsiveness in reversing the error! In the future, don't hesitate to give us a call at (651) 691-7058. Our office is always happy to process requests on your behalf with Lincoln Heritage to ensure your family has the confidence of being cared for by the team who has been with you since your coverage started!
