Absolutely appalling customer service and they refuse to refund returned goods - lying saying the product was open and used - when it was 💯 % was NOT
Unwilling to accept it could of got damaged we in transit back by delivery company

I ordered some trousers that had next day delivery included. The following day I noticed they hadn’t been shipped yet so I emailed the store and I believe the owner or manager called me to let me know they had just been shipped. 5 stars for the prompt communication,very happy with the item. They still arrived within 2 days and also packaged well. Would order from here again.

10/10. Had no problems. Staff helpful with questions.
If ever you get a chance I recommend visiting their actual store situated in Mumbles, Swansea. They are a genuine retailer and an independent brand.

I was nervous to order from this shop after reading some of these reviews, but I have to say they were excellent from start to finish. Posted my order the same day, it came neatly wrapped in considered, eco-friendly paper, and the Patagonia jacket was on sale for a reasonable price. Overall I'd 100% order with them again, and wanted to come here to try and balance out some of the negative reviews as most people only bother to write something when it's not a perfect experience.

I found a fleece I wanted to get someone for a Christmas gift, price was really good. I checked trust pilot for reviews on the store and was apprehensive because of the 3/5 rating. Proceeded with the purchase and was great. They called for let me know there had been a slight delay but would arrive the following day, which it did. Great customer service and I would thoroughly recommend. Felt I had to write a review as they certainly deserve better than their current rating.

Ordered a hoodie online. Never received my order. Took multiple weeks of arguing with the owner to finally get a refund. Absolutely horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I ordered an item and paid for a 24-hour delivery: it’s been 5 days, and I still haven’t received my order. I wrote an email which was never addressed.

I was nervous buying from them as they have almost no reputation but my delivery turned up really quickly and the products were good quality as expected. They seem to be a little store from Swansea in south Wales based on the return address sticker, so I was pleased to be able to support a local business.

I was a bit unsure about ordering clothing from a company that seemingly had no online reputation, but I ordered anyway. The order was processed really quickly and arrived exactly as expected.

One of the items had been picked in the wrong size and the service couldn't have been quicker. I was sent the correct size for the next day and have been given a QR code to send the incorrect size back for free.

Really happy and will almost certainly order again.
