Ik kreeg mijn About You bestelling in 3 verschillende pakketten. 1 pakket kwam van Hiccup(?!). Zeer irritant. Moest dus ook 3 losse pakketten retourneren. Wat een gezeik. Dat pakket van Hiccup heb ik nu 8 dagen geleden geretourneerd maar is nog steeds niet verwerkt. Krijg hier enorm stress van. Ik bestel nooit meer bij About you en Hiccup.

Scam company. Ordered 6 pairs of jeans and received 1 pair. Been well over a month and company hasn’t refunded me. I will be taking this to small claims court

I bought a dress from Hiccup via Debenhams on 29.07.26 which I was excited to receive. It arrived quickly on 31.07.26. However when I opened the package they had sent the wrong dress. I immediately took a photo as evidence and contacted Debenhams customer service. To cut a long story short Debenhams customer service have been helpful but I had a long wait to hear back from them due to Hiccup not responding. Over a month later and I still haven’t received my refund despite it being the seller’s fault and had to request a separate refund for my postage from Debenhams which Hiccup didn’t refund.

Shameless. I ordered a dress from Debenhams and order was directed to Hiccup. I live in Dublin Ireland.
I went to Hiccup returns portal and was instructed to put in the order no and postcode which I did. Both were rejected as incorrect.I emailed them to explain even sending a screenshot of the package the item arrived in which showed clearly the order no and postcode were correct. At first they said they would send me a return label but the next day they emailed to say I hadn’t explained the problem properly. I received another email today that they couldn’t see my last email. All I’m asking is for them to allow me to return an unsuitable dress by giving me a means to do so. Are they trying to run out the return policy? I have never encountered such obstacles and unwillingness to give a customer the means to return an item. Hiccup only seems intent on preventing me from returning an item I don’t want. Joyce

Zero stars! I’m 7 months pregnant and thought I’d treat myself to some dresses. The entire order was incorrect and items missing. Emailed customer service, no reply. Attempted to reach them on Instagram said I cannot speak to them on there it must be on email. This is causing such unnecessary stress. Please note if I am not contacted within the next few days I will be taking this further. I’ve read so many reviews of customers experiencing the same situation, Hiccup you will not continue to get away with this I can assure you.

Poor quality and I have never got my refund

SCAM!! Terrible experience with Hiccup. Delivery took far too long and the sizing was completely off, meaning I had to order multiple sizes of the same item. I returned items and received email confirmation they were received on 14th January, with a promise of a refund within 10 days. It’s now 7th February and I’ve had no refund.

I’ve sent multiple chaser emails and even contacted the owner directly — no response at all. This brand is a scam and a rip-off. I’ve now had to involve my bank to get my money back. Avoid.

UPDATE did receive a reply to email eventually was sent a QR code, parcelled it up took to P.O after a few days received confirmation they had received it and was checking it, few days later money back in my account. Not pleased, item not very nice, cheap looking. Checked on Trustpilot and they had 4.4 out of 5, can't understand why, plus nowhere on their website could I see that the item was coming from Turkey, very disappointed. UPDATE sent 3 emails asking how to return, no answer, no acknowledgement,nothing!!! Not happy.

Order was 2 weeks late and when it finally came one of the items of my order were missing!

The company sent me the incorrect item, when I contacted them they could not send me the item I had ordered. I received a refund for the item but not for the shipping fee. I was told they could not refund the shipping fee...even though they sent me the wrong item and could not send the item I ordered, Quite bad!

I bought 2 of the same dress in different sizes and promptly returned the bigger one without even opening it. I followed the return instructions and returned it. Received an email that the item returned was received but still haven’t received my refund. Sent an email but it bounced back. No contact number on the website or app. Also sent a message on Instagram.Dead lock. Will think before buying from them. Very disappointed.

I ordered a dress and paid for shipping fees. The dress came with missing straps. I wasn’t able to exchange the dress. I had to return the dress and pay for shipping fees again. The customer service is horrible. They did absolutely NOTHING to fix my problem that THEY created. I will never order from Hiccup again. Why should we (consumers) support a company that cannot own up to their mistakes and do nothing to correct the problem. Unbelievable.

My favourite clothing brand right now!! I loved all the pieces I got from Hiccup! Especially their pjs which I wear almost every night! Their clothes are soo so cute and trendy and also very affordable!

No customer service to contact, I ordered few items, kept some and returned others, everything thing was smooth during purchase but with return the tracking number has the same message for over 3 weeks now, didn't receive an email regarding my return/ refund, no customer service to contact at all!!! My return is not showing on my account on their website too

Return process is insane. Still haven't gotten my money back. Almost a month now
