Super easy website, cheap and amazing quality, 10/10

I've got to say i'm thrilled with my new dresses. Ordered 4, they arrived super quickly and look fabulous, especially considering the price - i didn't expect such quality! Returning one as it wasn't to my taste but sizing was all accurate.

The customer service has been the best I’ve experienced. There was a problem with the website showing a different dress on the order to the one I wanted. Fixed next day. Evri sent me a message saying that they couldn’t deliver the parcel as the address was incorrect, but it had been delivered and Hiccup sent the delivery photograph to me. I’ve just undone the parcel and the dress is BEAUTIFUL! It looks really expensive and is very nicely made. Christopher (Gunes) thank you for your outstanding customer service.

I was gifted some beautiful pieces from Hiccup The Label, and I’m honestly obsessed. The quality is unreal, soft, luxe fabrics that feel just as good as they look. You can tell a lot of thought went into the fit and details too.

The designs are so easy to wear but still feel super elevated. I've already had so many people ask where they're from! And the packaging? Such a cute touch. The whole unboxing felt like a little moment.

I’ve been so impressed with Hiccup as a fashion brand—the quality is genuinely amazing. Every piece I’ve bought feels so well-made, with great attention to detail and fabrics that really last. It’s rare to find something that looks this good and holds up so well. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Finally a shop that got nice clothes for reasonable pricing! I ordered some really nice clothes and I love them! Sizing is slightly bigger but that is just something to remember for next time!

I was a little apprehensive due to the prices being so cheap and the fact they were shipped from overseas which I wasn’t aware of until after I’d placed the order. I needn’t have worried!

Was a bit sceptical about this website as never heard of it, and the pricing was cheap. I am glad I made the decision and ordered, the quality of clothing was excellent for the price. The sizing was spot on and the fit is great. If you are thinking about ordering just do it, you won't be disappointed.will definitely be ordering again

My original order the items were lovely even though it took weeks to arrive. I placed a second order and it's been over a month. I've tried emailing and using there 'contact page' but I haven't heard anything. I've also contacted the delivery company and they won't speak to me as I have to go through hiccup. Apparently there was an incident with my delivery three weeks ago but noone will speak to me. I have now sent another message threatening to report the company and wanting my refund, so I'll see if I get a reply this time. I honestly would have recommended this company but after this order I don't.

Really good customer service, some products were better than others but overall decent for the cost
