Bottle had issues from day 1
Bottle had issues from day 1. Shopping took WEEKS. Defective puck. Resent new puck, took weeks. Then the app had issues. Troubleshooted for a few days. After months of issues asked for a refund, they told me it was past the warranty period. No duh - it took you weeks to do anything! Getting refunded through credit card. Great idea in theory, terrible execution of product and poor customer support.

In the process of sending back the 2nd bottle. Wont connect again. Its a very expensive bottle to have so many problems connecting. Wont replace it again
Has never worked
Hasn't worked since the second I got it 5 months ago. I was sent a new charger, which did not get to me (they got it back, RTS) It was sent to me again, but after receiving it the bottle still didn't work. They sent me a new puck and it never arrived. I'm in the process of asking how to just return the whole thing and get my money back.
The bottle worked for about three days
The bottle worked for about three days. Now the item won’t charge. I contacted support who’s response was to try another cable as this happens in similar cases. This suggests this is a known problem and how is the end user expected to have an extra device specific charging cable to ‘see if this resolves the issue’. So much for a premium product.
Does not work and zero customer service
Great bottle but as far as counting water intake goes it simply does not sync or work. Customer service is lacking and no response to emails. Not a product I’d recommend

Bought Hidrate spark bottles from target they have a after taste I have wash them and wash them and followed up Hidrate instructions I contacted them and was instructed to take back to seller the seller says it hidrate responsibility to replace they refuse donot buy Hidrate spark bottles they donot stand behind them
Utter crap
Utter crap. Bought 2 water bottles for 150 euros. Only one is being tracked through the app. Lot of syncing problems.
Reminders not working on the phone. (I have one of the newest phones so not an old one)
WORST OF ALL! They charge another 5 euros in the app if you want to use different colours.
AVOID COMPANIES LIKE THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. The bottle is a actually sitting on top of the phone and once again the app can't find it so no water consumption at all.
Rubbish and only useful if you want an expensive thermos !!!!!

At first glance it seems like an unnecessary product. But I've tried tracking my water intake lots of other ways. Using this bottle synchronized with their app, just make tracking water seamless and very easy. It's simply a joy. And the bottle is very well built.
It integrates perfectly with Apple Health, iPhone, Watch, etc.
I bought this in 2022, and would recommend it in an instant if you want to track your water. And I would buy one again if lost. The battery last long enough to not give it any thought. (Though wishing for USB-C charging in the future.)

I am saddened by your willingness to resolve an issue
I am saddened that I didn’t get better help with my issue of my 33 Oz pro bottle. I had buy a new bottle because I couldn’t even get a phone call to assist me with my latest purchase. I have purchased every bottle you they have ever made and you think I would receive better service. I thought you had better customer service than this!

Awful customer support and their fiddly…
Awful customer support and their fiddly bottles only come with 100 days of warranty. The parts do not last beyond 5-6 months so you end up paying the price of a new bottle in just that time. You will save more money by purchasing bottled water bottles than paying these thugs.

I purchased my first bottle in February. Excellent build quality. It feels sturdy and I imagine it will keep forever. Easy to configure and integrates seamlessly with Apple's HealthKit and other apps. The service quality of this company is also outstanding. I had a minor issue with the lid, the hinge pin came loose and fell out. I am sure they're figuring this out, but I made one call and within 24 hours they had sent out a replacement lid. You cannot ask for more than that. Great company, great product, and their commitment to service is noteworthy!
Great bottle & customer service, despite a few issues with the steel
I have purchased 3 Hidrate bottles so far, 2 spark 3’s (1 to use, 1 to wash) and 1 steel. The 3’s worked great & definitely helped me increase my water consumption!! But I love ice cold water, so this was my main gripe with that version. When they released the steel, I was so happy, but I have had a lot of problems with it giving inaccurate readings. Customer service have been great, but I have had to do a lot of resets & (attempt) to record other data. I totally get why, but a pain when I barely get 5 secs to myself (I am mum to a 3 year old, who hates me touching my phone!). They have now replaced my puck, so fingers crossed my readings will be accurate again! I will update this review if I have any more problems, but this is a great bottle that increases water consumption & they have great customer service.

This review is purely based on the fact that they don't ship outside the US. 4 years have passed since HidrateSpark first started on KickStarter, and they STILL don't offer shipping outside US, although thousands of other US-based companies does... I've been waiting since 2016 to be able to buy this, but I am done waiting. I'll find another smart water bottle that does send to my country.
