This is the best thing that ever…
This is the best thing that ever happened to me. Im not a big water drinker but WaterH has changed all of that. Feeling healthy, staying hydrated and the best part is setting the amount to want for each day and achieving the goal.

WaterH Smart Water Bottle — Ace product & Support
I have 32 oz WaterH smart water bottle, which I received as a gift. I dropped it on the driveway, and broke the electionics. Obviously, this was not covered by warranty. WaterH support people were very prompt and helpful in directing me at a solution. If you get a WaterH bottle, get the 3 year extended care plan too, which covers accidental drops, like my situation. Aside from that, the bottle and smart app are really good for helping you establish good habits of hydration. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

I love my Water H bottle
I love my Water H bottle. It is stylish and keeps my drink cool, but most importantly, I love the reminders both visual and audio to drink water. I bought two of these for Christmas and…
I bought two of these for Christmas and we drink a lot more water now. People at my gym are always asking about it and want to buy too. I sent them an email to do some fun things with the app and they responded right away which was cool.

I love this water bottle
I love this water bottle! It’s definitely easy to stay on track with your water intake when you use this bottle and app. I contacted customer service and received a prompt response to my issue. The next thing i need to figure out is how to turn the notifications off after you reach your goal. Lol. Definitely worth every penny.

Response time via an email request for help was answered within 24 hours. My new Waterh thermos is amazing and finally synced by itself the 3rd morning. Works great and keeps me truly accountable in desert life.

Love this water bottle
Love this water bottle, love the customer service. This bottle plus a nugget ice maker has been life changing. The opening of the bottle is just big enough to allow the ice through but not so big that I spill on myself. I now am more focused on remembering to bring my bottle than I am on bringing my phone each day.

I had a problem getting my bottle to…
I had a problem getting my bottle to pair with my computer. It had been working perfectly up until this time. The support staff were excellent working with me. It was a combination of system upgrades between our systems. After a few emails, they helped me identify the problem. I rely so much on this bottle to keep me hydrated to my doctor's orders. Love the product.

The WaterH smart water bottle is a cool water bottle to have because paired with the app, you get to track your water intake and it takes the guess-work out of how much water intake your particular body needs. You can also use it with coffee and tea! The customer support was super excellent; extremely knowledgeable, efficient and quick to answer my queries! Thank you!

Amazing customer support even before getting product
I’m a big fan of name brands and new gadgets, and my latest order was from WATERH. As a new customer, I ordered two water bottles for my son and me, along with some filter straw accessories.
Less than 24 hours later, I received a kind email letting me know the accessories weren’t compatible with the bottles I chose and gave me the option to remove them before the order shipped. I was honestly impressed — I’ve never had a company reach out like that to prevent an issue before it happened.
Their customer service is outstanding, and I already feel confident supporting this company. Thank you, WATERH!
