Machine was in very good condition. The help and support for a first time hirer was great.

Simple procedure to book and pick up truck.
Great support when something goes wrong.
Had a replacement truck within a few hours.
Only four stars owing to the trucks needing a bit more tlc ( and grease ).

Pre-sales support was excellent and the back office team (in particular Emma G) were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. From my first communication with Emma G I've enjoyed the hire experience. Emma was knowledgeable, quick to respond and really friendly... It was quite a change from the sterile type customer service which is normal these days. I had to change the hire dates and this was dealt with easily and without any fuss. When I collected from Ben he again was very friendly and knowledgeable about the machine. The briefing was very comfortable and he took time to ensure I understood everything. He also check up after I had left with the machine which was nice. The machine itself was easy to use and did exactly what it said in the tin. I've recommended the hire to friends and colleagues. I'll definitely hire from these guys again.

Absolutly great system and the machine I hired was perfect for the job. Had a very thorough hand over and training on the equipment from a great chap, an asset to the company for sure.

The handover and familiarisation was thorough and by a very experienced and knowledgeable representative.
The vehicle was very new and in great condition. Drop off also easy. 4G/5G signal was not great at The Tesco site which meant uploading the images took a little longer.

Hired a MEWP from HighDrive for an 18-meter installation — the process was smooth with clear self-pickup and driving instructions. Emma was super helpful and supportive throughout. Great service and reliable equipment. Will definitely hire again!

What a great machine. Pick up and drop off were as easy as could possibly be. At Pick up the machine was clearly demonstrated/explained to us. The machine itself was amazing. did the job perfectly! We have already recommended this Company to friends and associated businesses.

Very easy friendly and helpful booking.Handover excellently explained with easy to follow instructions. We enjoyed using the machine and it was appropriate for the roofing job undertaken. The hiring age needs to reflect the growing fitness and aging levels of 70+ year olds.
