Really professional and polite deliverers (Sanju and Shubh) who let us know in good time when they were coming. Package handled with care, though large and awkward.
Only 4 stars given because the day before, the company told me that the delivery would be between 4 and 7pm. In fact it came at 1pm. Fortunately, I was able to change my plans and be in, but this wouldn’t have been the case on other days.

Excellent communication, arrived when it was meant to arrive. Giant and Samir were very good and helpful. Thank you for putting the table together.

Andy and James provided a first-class delivery service. I ordered a mirror and they unpacked it and took to my bedroom, They kept me updated throughout the day, so I didn't have to wait in all day wondering when they'd arrive. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole delivery process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Good communication with delivery date and time, given 3 hour slot the evening before, on the day I had another text to say what time delivery time was expected, then another text when 10mins away. Andy and James were were great guys, very helpful and respectful taking their shoes off with my new carpet !

Unfortunately, my experience with Higher Jump Logistics was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I would expect from a professional furniture installation company.

The first delivery and installation attempt was unacceptable. The installers refused to carry the bed upstairs despite this being part of the delivery and assembly service that had been booked and paid for. They contacted their office to say they did not want to complete this part of the service, and despite the men being told by their office to complete the job, I was left having to assist with carrying a heavy bed frame myself. The bed was then left unassembled.

The second visit to finish the assembly was equally concerning. Only one installer completed the work while the other refused to get out of the van outside. The installer asked me to provide tools and gloves, despite these being basic equipment that should have been supplied by the installation team. He also used my personal furniture as support during the assembly without asking permission, which caused damage to my furniture.

The installer’s behaviour was also inappropriate. He was swearing repeatedly throughout the visit, which made me extremely uncomfortable, particularly as I was alone in my home.

Following the installation, my flooring was left damaged, with stains that could not be removed, scratches and dents caused during the process, and further damage to the bed itself. The bed was also not assembled correctly with the ottoman feature not lifting up, the base being the wrong way around and a number of screws and bolts not attached. The bed also required a third additional visit before it was correctly assembled and functioning properly.

The handling of the flooring damage was particularly frustrating. Despite clear evidence that the damage occurred during the installation process, I was left to repeatedly chase updates, contact insurers directly and try to determine who was responsible for dealing with the claim. The matter was passed between different parties and insurers rather than being proactively managed, causing unnecessary stress and delay.

The eventual remedial team who attended were polite, professional and resolved the issues with the bed, which I appreciated. However, this does not detract from the poor standard of the original installation and the considerable inconvenience caused.

I would strongly encourage Higher Jump to review its installer training, communication of assembly instructions, equipment requirements and complaints process. Customers should not be left dealing with damage, uncertainty and weeks of chasing after paying for a professional delivery and installation service.

Andy and James carried my heavy Beliani delivery upstairs to the room of my choice. Amazing customer service and polite and friendly guys.
