I purchased a car on credit Finance from a car dealership highlandsgb car Registration YD14 JHA, exactly four days later I contacted them by telephone as well their company email to cancel. I had not collected .

The Dealer advised me to inform Finance Link where I had applied for credit loan for the Car. I contacted the loan company and advised them I was cancelling the loan agreement as I was no longer going ahead with the purchase of the car.

inform them that I had changed my mind and will no longer be moving forward with the purchase of the car. The car was never in my possession. The car was meant to be ready for collection on the 8th of October but I cancelled on the 7th of October 2024.

I contacted My finance Link both by telephone and email to inform them that as I was no longer moving forward with purchasing Car YD14 JHA, I no longer needed the loan I borrowed against the car, and wish to cancel and overturn the agreement as I no longer.

I also contacted Close Brothers Finance to whom I signed the Loan Agreement with and also informed them of my situation and my wish to cancel the loan agreement as it is no longer required. The car was never taken from HighlandersGB,

I am concerned of the unnecessary delay in cancelling this transaction and purchase. My Finace Link credit loan are saying that they have already transferred the money for the loan to HighlandersGB before the Credit Loan agreement can be cancelled. However HighlandersGB is not answering their calls. I am feeling frustrated by this as a customer. I never had the car in my possession and it should not be difficult to cancel this transaction and credit loan agreement.

Absolute disgrace of a company! Sold me a landrover that broke down on the way home on the motorway, customer service non existent, car had a cracked dpf and holes drilled in the egr filter took almost a year of fighting with these scammers to get car sorted which only happened as I complained through my finance company as they had no interest clearly knew they'd sold me a knackered car! Please save yourself the stress and utter disappointment of wasting your hard earned cash! All the 5star reviews make me laugh as on Google reviews there company has bad review after bad review which I wish I'd seen before purchasing my car from them as I never would have, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Great till they have your money then give you broken land rovers for 20k and the after sales is absolutely disgusting I’ve no car and no money still after 3 weeks of them having the car back!

*update these theiefs have now kept my deposit when they failed to sort car out within timeframes given, do not do anything with these guys and do not give any money to them robbing scammers

Absaloute shambles, all of them, oj adam the lot, paid a deposit of £100 to secure a vechile of the market to see it and test drive it etc , first red flag they didnr remove the car from the website or from autotrader , or advise its been reserved, oj told me once deposit is taken it your car will be ready for collection/viewing within 4/5 days, i heard nothing back from them at all, when i called to see the progress i was put on hold for 15 mins at a time , adam who was assigned my sales rep never called me back as promised, i called on day 6 to say what is actually happening as i want to come down today ajd test drive the car. Bearing in mind car finance 247 had already arrnaged me finance and it was just waiting to be paid. Oj then tells me u cant come and test drive the car becauce its not on site and wont be until mid next week, everything about them is dogy and unproffesioanal, i then told them ive had enough and cancle everything, guess what i then get a call few hours later to say oh the car is now back on the site and availibe for collection,

Moral of the story, they cant be trusted, and i woudlant of wanted to have a car from them. I feel there was somethimg wrong with the car and they botched it today becauae i said im cancelling it and just done what ever they could to get it back on site,

Gursh was friendly and helpful. The car had a few issues which were shown to me during the test drive and they were rectified prior to me buying the car.

I bought a vehicle on the 24/08/2024, I noticed the vehicle has an engine and gear fault after a week. I returned this car as there is a 3 months warranty but I can say that my interaction with the staff especially the receptionist is the worst experience of my life. The receptionist got in face pointing her fingers, shouted and threatened me. I have never seen an office with very rude and insensitive staff. Please for your peace of mind and sanity, avoid!

To further evidence that this dealership has a team of liars. They have clearly stated in the response below that the car has 105000 mileage however it is recorded in the documents that it has 100000 mileage. I only picked up the car today 17/09/2024 at 13:15 after over two weeks of keeping the car and not providing any update as to what repairs they carried out. They completely drained the diesel in the car. We barely made it to the petrol station. In addition, they promised to provide us a courtesy car but they never did and did not provide any update as to why they didn’t. They had the car and we were kept in the dark.

They saying they asked me to leave the premises, such lies! I walked out with my husband out of fear for my life. The receptionist charged towards me in the presence of two male workers, I was scared of being assaulted by the team. Pretty convenient how they all covered it up even with a camera on site.

As stated above, the worst experience I have had so far. Highlanders GB Coventry, a team of liars, not worth the risk. There are better dealership for your peace of mind.

From the the moment I came to Highlanders to view the car of choice I was delighted with the service provided by Gursh. After viewing and test driving the car and deciding it was the one for me Gursh kept me updated on the car getting ready for collection. Just collected today and really delighted with the service provided
