Ordered 10th of December it’s not the…

Ordered 10th of December it’s not the 17th January and no sign of my package but as soon as I get it I’m sending it straight back because they don’t deserve our money shocking service, email and just receive a load of rubbish back, tracking my parcel it was from China they told me tracking was wrong and they would update me never came back to me, will definitely be posting it back to them unopened the same day I receive it, that’s if I ever do receive it lol 👍🏼 shop elsewhere save your TIME and EFFORT and best of all MONEY

I purchased the item almost a month ago and it has yet to arrive. I am receiving zero response from support and have only sent one email. The provided address is correct and it supposedly shipped December 20.

The carrier ultimately confirmed that the package had been lost in transit. Once this was confirmed, we offered either a replacement shipment or a full refund. At your request, a full refund was issued on January 20, 2025.

Complete Scam

Complete Scam! I emailed them for a refund the same day I received the package(12/24/24). Projector does not work, items aren’t as advertised. I’m doing my best to report this due to the pricing of these items. There should be no reason this is legal. I’ve been back and forth with “Cassie”and then they avoid me when I bring all the proof of required documentation to return and refund. I never want to see another ad appear from this company. It’s been 3 weeks of this bull.

Gefährliche Billigware mit Explosionsrisiko!!

Ich kann ihnen nur ans Herz legen, NICHTS von dieser Firma zu kaufen.
Hab den Beamer (~45€) bestellt, kam nach vier Wochen an alles schön und gut.
Allerdings fehlt die Bluetooth Funktion sowie alle anderen Funktionen die wir mit inbegriffen sein sollten.
Zu meinem erschrecken ist das Netzkabel mit dem Adapter für die Steckdose direkt beim ersten Versuch der Inbetriebnahme durchgeschmort und die Batterie explodiert.
Höchst gefährliches billig China Zeug!!!!!

Also bitte NICHT kaufen!

Ordered the projector bundle on…

Ordered the projector bundle on Christmas Day.
It's now the 11th of January,
The tracking shows attempted delivery twice in upstate New York.
I ordered for Bradford in the United Kingdom.
Then when you click on YunExpress tracking it shows its at a delivery office in Bradford. Not stating which delivery company as the address is inaccessible.
Numerous emails sent to High peak with order number and name included.
0 responses from them.
Glad I paid with PayPal as I'm going to raise a Fraud case with them against High Peak.
Totally unprofessional company.
Don't waste time ordering from them and stay well away from there advertised products as you will be lucky if they actually turn up.

The projector didn't even work

The projector didn't even work, looked broken, didn't even produce a projection. These guys use videos from the real product and act like it's theirs
EDIT: Its been nearly 3 weeks and I'm still trying to return it...awful company

Drop shipping business

Highpeak is a drop shipping business. You should avoid this place at all cost if you got an ad for them on Snapchat or wherever. Their prices are not low, you can get the exact same stuff they sell for a lot cheaper if you go to wish, Temu, aliexpress or even alibaba. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

Poor image quality, didn't work with phone, arrived without the stand

I bought the miniprojector lite for my son for christmas for over $80 AUD including the stand. It arrived without the stand. I had to pay again for that. It did arrive, but just looks like a small, plastic toy TBH. It also doesn't work with any of our mobiles so we couldn't connect that way, we had to do it through a computer, and the picture quality was poor unless we were less than a metre from the wall. So wondering what the point of buying it was at all. Didn't bother trying to return it. Looking back any website that only has it's own reviews and they're all 5 stars is definitely a scam site.

SCAM, no product sent but took my money

SCAM. I wish I read these reviews first. I ordered a projector weeks ago for about £69 and still haven’t received anything. They haven’t even bothered replying to my emails. Don’t give in to instagram ads!

If I could give 0 stars I would… I’m not one to leave reviews as that in itself can be time consuming but if it means I’ll help others then I will do so. Please do not buy the high peak projector or anything else from their website, please buy from other places with better reviews! I wish I did the same. The customer service was the worst thing I have ever experienced and I’d spent £90+ by giving into their false advertisement…within seconds I’d emailed following their cancellation procedure and I was ignored, I followed procedure and they refused to cancel my order. Instead I was in communication with staff over email who were so unprofessional, I knew instantly I wasn’t going to get my money back. Their products are made and shipped from china and they do not have a complaints department. Once you buy a product and things go wrong you will lose your money. I lost my money and High peak did not have any remorse. No apology, nothing.

I paid £25.40 for international recorded shipping to return my projector that i’d cancelled in good timing, but was told I’d only get a refund if they receive it. Of course, I knew they would find ways not to refund me. The projector was held in customs in China for months and so high peak did not refund me. I lost a lot of money. This was a scam. Avoid if you have more brain cells than me.

P.S. this is the address they tell you to return it too in order to receive your refund, knowing full well they will never receive it and will keep all of your money:

DONT BUY IT YOU WONT GET A REFUND

**Avoid This - You Won't Get Your Money Back**

What a waste of time. I bought this item as a gift for my husband in May, but he didn't like it, so I started the return process. Now it's August, and I still haven’t received a refund or reimbursement for the return postage. The item was held in customs for a month, and although they were notified that it needed collection, the company never picked it up, so it’s been sent back to me. Initially, customer care was responsive, but they’ve ignored my emails for the past two weeks.
I'm incredibly disappointed! SCAMMED!

Scam and scam

What a total Scam.
I ordered a projector MAX and it was to come with tripod stand.
Firstly the max as announced was not wireless and was wired. The max functions should have all options.
Secondly the tripod stand was not delivered.
The support is giving attitude answers and will not answer the issues and lack of their delivery.
They do not want to answer refund questions.
Scam scam scam scam, stay away!

Save yourself the trouble!

Unfortunately my products (2x) were sent to the wrong address. I typed my address correctly into the form, as it did not appear on the populated list. High Peak claims that if the address was autocorrected on their end, I should have picked up the error. Unfortunately I did not think to check the confirmation email, as I had made sure my address was typed correctly when I entered it. The lesson here is that if you have anything go wrong - you are on your own. For this reason I would not recommend purchasing through them. After reading the other reviews here and on reddit regarding poor quality, I don’t seem to be missing out. Except for the cost of 2 projectors that I have forfeited. The 5 star reviews on their website seem doctored.

According to the order records, the package was delivered to the exact address that was submitted during checkout:

Our system ships orders based strictly on the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. For transparency, the same address also appeared in both the order confirmation email and the shipping confirmation email, which are sent so customers can review their details before delivery and shipment occurs.

Unfortunately, once a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to redirect or recover it.

That said, even in cases where an issue originates from incorrect address details, we always try to help where possible. We are often happy to offer significant discounts on the product again or HighPeak credit toward a replacement order as a goodwill gesture so customers are not left empty-handed.

We appreciate the feedback and are always working to improve the experience for everyone.

Scam total trash.

Very cheap looking, poor quality. Do not buy. Also supposed to come with a free stand which was not in the package. Projector was binned but the stand may have been useful. Contacted company numerous times but no reply. Total scam.

Their customer service is bs.
Sadly my scam-radar was Off during this purchase and I obvi had high hopes for that it wasnt.. DONT buy into their commercials.. i didnt get what i payed for, super late response and even NO response on my wish for returning the product… so they are not following consumer-law.
