I upgraded to Max but recieved the standard. I also didn't receive the tripod.
The customer support has been talking in circles running out the clock to get a refund. It took a long time to get a reply. I also got called a liar which felt pretty rubbish and they've been pretty rude
I absolutely loved my projector AND the customer service!! People will complain about literally anything, which is so evident here. If highpeak makes a mistake, they are so quick to correct it and they genuinely do everything in their power to make your experience the best it can be. All of these people complaining clearly either bought the lite version or just don't know how to read the website (or both!) because highpeak is very upfront about the capabilities of each version, available upgrades, etc. And everyone lying about the return process, I accidentally bought 2 screens instead of one, emailed WITHIN THE 15 DAYS, and voila, returned and got a full refund! It is not the companies fault if you miss the deadline.
Basically to summarize (TLDR), the product is great and so is the customer service and help if you end up needing it for some reason. Literally just email them asking for help and they will do everything they can for you. Great company!
The product description on the website is at best confusing, at worst deliberately misleading. The site is consistently "in-sale", even using a countdown to create a sense of urgency to purchase, which is misleading. The pictures of the product as shown on the website are not what was delivered, in addition to the fact, the tripod which was won on the "spin the wheel", never arrived.
When flagging the issue with customer service, initially, they very prompt offering a discount code for the wireless dongle (which I didn't believe I needed), however, quickly turned very rude when asked to review their product description and rectify issues with the product received. I was genuinely excited by this product when I ordered, however, since very disappointed.
Please don't order. I just received the product and everything about the order was wrong. The product was not the same as the pictures shown on their website and social media. The product does NOT contain built-in Bluetooth (=you cannot connect e.g. a phone to the device), contrary to what the product information claims. They advertise that when you order now, you get a free tripod. In reality, the tripod will never arrive. The level of their customer service is at the level of a fifteen year old. They refuse to give return instructions for the product, even though their website says that the product has a 15-day return policy, and despite all the pictures and evidence I have, their response is "Haha, nice try". This is a classic TikTok scam. Don't buy.
You can’t cancel the order, and if your in the U.S. you can’t return it without shipping your item to china which at least for the projector, shipping costs more then the projector so no point in returning it. And then the projector itself is terrible, the quality is probably like 500p because it looked bad even when I tried 720p on my Xbox. So essentially if you buy from them, your buying some piece of garbage with no chance of getting your money back. I however was lucky enough to dispute the charge with my bank so I at least got my money back. BEWARE: any positive comments about highpeak are 100% confirmed either robots or employees trying to make their company look good.
SCAM!!!!! The ad makes it look like a great product, but it's cheap and doesn't work as advertised. The remotes didn't work at all. When you ask for a return they expect you to pay to ship it back to china, even though it was shipped to you from a US address. So basically they don't accept returns of their garbage product. And communication from them is all lies and extremely disrespectful.. just look at their response to reviewers here, and you will see what you're dealing with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is an absolute scam. It seems to be a dropping-shipping site, managing stock out of China. I received the item late despite paying for expedited shipping. The box was damaged, but the item inside was intact. I emailed the company saying I didn't need the item anymore because it arrived delayed, and they asked me to take pictures of the item before shipping it back to some address in China, for which I had to pay international shipping through USPS. I provided them with the tracking number and followed all instructions, and they have continued to claim by email that they cannot track the item, despite the fact that I have no problem tracking it myself through USPS, and have provided them with screenshots of the most recent updates. It is currently being held at customs in Shenzhen because clearly the address they told me to send the projector back is fake or incorrect. Their customer service must be manned by teenagers, or people with 0 customer social skills. My refund is being held until they receive the item, but they clearly are making no effort to retrieve it. Disgusting company - this is the last email they sent me after I threatened to escalate through the proper channels (BBB, my Credit Card Company, my legal council)
HIGHPEAKCO's Response: "Woah! What a jump we took there! So if we send something to you and you cannot track it, it is our fault, right? But then if you send something to us and we cannot track it, it is still our fault? Crazy how that works! Notice how it says that it is being held in customs? Please explain to me in great detail how that would possibly be our fault? As soon as they release it and we are able to retrieve it, you will receive a full refund for the amount you paid to us. But for all we know you could have sent us a box of peanuts and that is why you are trying to get the refund before it is delivered. Can you try for a second to gain some perspective here and see it from our point of view? The issue here is the carrier and customs, not us."

It’s a scam. They make you pay a bunch of money just to return it. Make sure you read the return policy because they will scam you. I tried cancelling my order within their own 5 minute policy and they neglected that and still sent me the item I tried to cancel in the first place. When I received the item. The box was damaged. I showed proof of that to them as well. I tried returning the item and UPS tried to charge me $200 to ship to China. USPS tried to charge me $76, because I wanted it tracked. Why would I ship an item back (the one I bought by accident) for $80 and send it back to China for $80. I’m still going to be out of $80 for no reason. I tried explaining this to their customer service Lauren Jensen and she tried to threaten me by ruining my credit and sending this purchase to collections. Don’t trust this company.

At first I sent two emails because my item was not delivered they responded at first that it’s on the way then that it will be delivered within next 2-6 days only when I chased it again for 3rd time they then claimed to have already delivered it which they have obviously not. Now I’m having to go through back and forth emails with their absolutely rudest and useless customer service agents, I am requesting a full refund which they are clearly avoiding by asking unnecessary questions most likely in the hope that I will eventually give up. Avoid these scam artists, save money!
Terrible product that is absolutely useless with terrible sound and picture quality. Slow shipping time and cost to ship back as a return is more than the cost of the unit.
This company is a scam and the projector is a real toy. Bad sound and image quality. It can not even load small videos. In addition, they cheat as they do not reply to you asking to return the product, and after the deadline is finished they send you a copy of an outdate email. Seriously. Save your money. All the extraordinary reviews below are lies!

I bought a mini projector after seeing it on tiktok and it literally changed my room! Now I can watch my shows. I was initially drawn to their discounts, free tripod and satisfaction guarantee. After not going through my usual product research test, I decided to hurry up and buy it because it had easy returns and a money back guarantee.
It is a good product. We get 75% discount for this product. It is nice visible one. It looks like to use long term. I have used for 2 weeks. I pay my payment 4 installments.
After seeing tons of adds all over and positive feedback about this small bluetooth projector I decided to purchase before doing more research. MISTAKE!!
Immediately after checkout for $70, they collected my money and prompted me for the bluetooth add on for another $59!! I declined it right away, and sent customer service an email stating I wanted it cancelled or I was going to call my bank. They responded immediately telling me that I was not tricked and that I was making unnecessary threats.
Sounds like by the last comment that I was actually incredibly lucky that they told me it had already been shipped in 24 hours of purchase because I would have only been given store credit after being charged a 30% cancellation fee?!
This whole process is going to be a pain in the butt, but I've had to put out a stop payment and launch a whole dispute. I am so glad a site like this exists to warn others!! Don't fall for their trick. Amazon has plenty of small projectors that are truly bluetooth for the $70 range, without a $59 surprise charge!!
Warning to other potential buyers out there!
I purchased this product after seeing an ad for it on TikTok. I was initially lured in by their discount, free tripod, and satisfaction guarantees. Without undergoing my usual ordeal of researching the product, I decided to jump the gun and buy it because it had the "easy returns" and "money back guarantee". However, after buying the product, I couldn't help but feel a little suspicious by their seemingly 100% positive reviews. I quickly opened up Trustpilot and input their company's website and it came up blank. Worried, I looked on Reddit and TikTok and the claims that they were a dropship or scams didn't help my concerns.
Because of this, I decided to cancel my order and looked on their page for return or cancellation steps. Reading their refund policy, my heart sank as I realized that I've f***ed up. Their policy was that it must be returned in its original packaging unused. They accept returns but do not provide return labels. You must specify that you want the refund back to your original payment or else it would be DEFAULTED to store credit equal to 150% of the original price you paid. And finally, if you chose to cancel your order before it's been shipped, you will have to pay a ridiculous 30% fee. All these "policies" are designed to f*** you as a consumer. These policies directly contradict their claims of "easy returns" and "satisfaction guarantee".
At this point, I was convincing myself that their website had a typo since it would make more sense to charge a fee if you cancelled it after it's been shipped. Clinging to that hope, I contacted their support team. Their original response was "No problem! Please read the cancellation policy on the refund policy page of our website first. If you would like to proceed with cancellation, please let me know! (Link omitted cause of Trustpilot)" This may seem cheery and optimistic, but I saw through it immediately. They purposefully made no mention of the fee or the store credit policy, so if I had given them the go-ahead, I would be stuck with store credit and a 30% fee deducted. I decided to clear it up and ask outright about the 30% fee. They confirmed it and stated that it was company policy and that it's out of their hands.
At this point my only options were to cancel it for a 30% fee or receive the package and pay for the postage to send it back. I didn't like the second option as I didn't know the postage cost and it would take a while for it to be completed.
Overall, all their practices and policies point to a dishonest company. Even if their product was good (which I doubt), I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
