1st class communication and customer service
Bought a Night Cat, 2 man tent from Hikeware. After a thorough search online, Hikeware's price for my chosen tent was the best online by far. (£50 cheaper in one instance) Delivery was quick and communication was first class. On receipt of the package I pitched the tent and was delighted with it. I had one question about the tent and Elliot at Hike ware was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable about the product. Really great customer service. I'll be buying more from Hikeware and I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy outdoor gear online. A quality company with great people at the customer end of things. A refreshing change these days. 👌

Very pleased with this company , came promptly , very well packaged , goods were very good quality . I had just been to opticians who said I had damage to my eyes caused by ultraviolet rays , therefore needed sunglasses with polarising and blocking all rays . Got a lovely pair that did both , thanks very much

I contacted Hikeware by email with a query about an out of stock item. I needed to know when it would be in stock and whether it could be delivered in time for my holiday.
Elliot responded promptly and was so helpful. He checked dates and said he would put two items aside for me. I was also given a discount code which was much appreciated. Maintenance mans best friend
Bought this (hiking belt) as traditional leather and other material belts where not dealing well with a new job that required a lot of tools in pockets, as a maintenance engineer, this ticks a lot of boxes. If it lasts well I shall be buying this in many colours as available (well three or four at least)
