Amazing quality product beautiful awning that connects to VW camper The design is versatile well though out and the log burner makes it all feel like luxury camping

Customer service is over and above, went completely out of their way to help get the colour we wanted not many businesses like this anymore - giving us a great deal and product very happy customers .The customer service is personal and individual really care about their customers would definitely highly recommend both the product and the service ! Blown away with both will be recommending to everyone!!

Bought a flu connector for our stove that we have for our Glawning Air. I wasn’t sure of the size but had a fast response so that I could order. Bought a 5m Glawning in 2017 and recently bought 4m Glawning Air. Didn’t hesitate buying again from Glawning. Quality is excellent and communication is always good.

We bought our glawning 5m a number of years ago and have used it on many tryouts and in our meadow. Emailed asking for advise about cleaning and waterproofing. Emailed straight back with great advice.

I viewed the order at the NEC, they are beautiful awnings with a touch of universal magic and crafted for the true luxuries of camping. I incorrectly ordered. The lengths that the company went too, to stop the despatch and deal with everything. Was incredible for a small business. I could not recommend the company high enough.

We brought our Glawning over a year ago now after meeting James at the NEC camping weekend. We fell in love with Glawning, it's elegance, the log burning stove. It was a magical space. We were told about the speed it goes up in so it was a no brainer. It was a great price in comparison to other style awnings and looked amazing. The first time we put it up took a little longer as we took our time , but it's super quick to do as advertised and attaches beautifully to our sprinter. We had a missing part and they sent it straight away , their customer service has been great. I get excited about going away now, more than ever and we get compliments all the time. No regrets here! Superior quality and designed kit and has enabled plenty of family adventures in the time we’ve had the tent, including camping in Switzerland! Great and responsive support from the team too. Highly recommend, especially if you’re attaching to a van.

Absolutely love our Glawning.
Owned it for 3 years including one incredibly wet week in Devon where if we had been in a normal tent we would have packed up and gone home!
We get so many people ask what it is and where from and end up giving guided tours of the inside!

Firstly the Glawning we bought has totally changed our camping experience. No more cold nights, restricted headroom and not enough space in our T6. Instead we have a warm trendy sociable space with plenty of room for log burner, toilet (like an ensuite!), double bed or sofa with kitchen area inside or in porch. Loads of ads-Ona if you’re interested like a large porch, sleeping pod …. Versatility is its middle name.
Secondly it’s so easy to put up! Me and my partner (both neatly 60) can put it up in about 20 mins. It’s so simple - lay out, middle pole in followed by two A frames and it’s up. Just pegging out, mats down and furnishing. Fo us (I mean me!) it’s the latter that takes the time - with nice pieces like side tables, bunting and fairy lights and who doesn’t like that? (My partner can tell you the answer!)
Also it packs away in the boot of the T6 and all sits neatly on the shelf with the lid burner under. Still plenty of room for bedding, mattress topper and more lights …!!
Lastly James and Sarah are absolutely fabulous in providing support, advice and ongoing excellent customer service.

Ive bought many items including 2 glawnings from them .I personally think they are a fantastic family run business that goes above and beyond to make sure you the customer are happy with your purchases and very helpful with any queries you may have further down the line

Non supply of missing items in the order when stated they would only be a few weeks now they will be over 3 months delayed. Not good business practise

This is a company that puts customers at the heart of what they do. Great advice on the telephone with one of the Founders led to our order, which arrived in less than 24 hours. We love the practical approach, the offer to be there when we need help and the great videos along the way. Such a good buying experience.

After researching the different set ups on the Glawning website we had a few questions to ask before purchasing. The owner talked it all through with us then asked if it was ok if they could video call us to actually show us a set up. This helped us in deciding to buy the three door Glawning with the carpet and Glanopy Plus. The service has been excellent. We love the personal touch and that it is a family run company in the north of the UK! The Glawning itself has been fantastic! Fellow campers have admired it as they have walked past in the Yorkshire Dales and as far as Cornwall this summer. It has kept us warm and dry and then cool in the warmer weather. It has withstood the stormy weather, is spacious and feels luxurious! We are very happy customers!
