After ten good years selling garden furniture and accessories all over Kent's markets, signs were starting to show that markets were becoming a thing of the past. So in 1997 we hung up the market sheet and moved into a small warehouse in the seaside town Whitstable From there we have become the go-to place in Kent for high quality garden furniture at the best price. We've grown from strength to strength over the past 20+ years, expanding to bigger warehouses. creating our massive garden furniture super store and creating over 50 jobs throughout the years, all while maintaining a tight-knit family business. Our mission is simple, to hold ourselves to a very high standard. We want every customer to have the same great experience with us as the next one. We will always be on the end of the phone to answer any questions or problems before, during and after your order. We aim to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible and put smiles on faces. Always have, always will.

Genuinely a pleasure to do business with. Great selection and reasonable prices. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I expected the two-seater sofa and chairs to be unpacked and the packaging taken away for what was described as a "Deluxe White Glove Service".

Great place to buy your garden furniture !! lots of choice and very competitive prices. Found ourselves a real bargain with a reduced set which is top quality and couldn't be happier with it. Delivery was exactly as arranged and on time.

We're sorry that you were dissatisfied with the delivery experience.
This item is delivered via a third-party pallet network due to its size and weight. As stated on our website and within our terms and conditions, pallet deliveries are made on a kerbside basis and pallets are not collected after delivery.
To ensure the table arrives safely and without damage, it is secured to a pallet framework with pallet wrapping during transit. While we appreciate that disposing of the pallet and wrapping may be inconvenient, this is standard practice for palletised deliveries of large items such as this.
We believe the delivery was carried out in accordance with the information provided prior to purchase and with the delivery service selected. However, we are always willing to discuss any concerns and assist customers wherever possible.
We value customer feedback and encourage prospective customers to review all of our feedback when making their assessment.

Great Furniture, Great Price
We looked around before finding this large warehouse with lots of stock very near to us. Guys in there very friendly and helpful. Free delivery was good too.
