After ten good years selling garden furniture and accessories all over Kent's markets, signs were starting to show that markets were becoming a thing of the past. So in 1997 we hung up the market sheet and moved into a small warehouse in the seaside town Whitstable From there we have become the go-to place in Kent for high quality garden furniture at the best price. We've grown from strength to strength over the past 20+ years, expanding to bigger warehouses. creating our massive garden furniture super store and creating over 50 jobs throughout the years, all while maintaining a tight-knit family business. Our mission is simple, to hold ourselves to a very high standard. We want every customer to have the same great experience with us as the next one. We will always be on the end of the phone to answer any questions or problems before, during and after your order. We aim to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible and put smiles on faces. Always have, always will.

From store to assembly - great service
Was free to walk around the store and make measurements without the hard sell. Delivery arranged the following week with updates.
I opted for the assembly service for ease and the two guys were really polite and even suggested setup ideas to make the most of the space. All rubbish took away too - would use them again.

Visited the large outlet in Whitstable and were impressed by the choice. Chose a table and 4 chairs at a good competitive price. Delivery 5 days later and again impressed by efficiency, and politeness. All packing taken away.
Small downsides. No ad hoc seat cushions available, only small scatter cushions.
Unable to mix and match. All pieces are in sets. But this is the same everywhere I think..

We appreciate your feedback regarding individual seat cushions and the ability to mix and match pieces too. Many of our ranges do unfortunately come to us as complete sets, which can limit the combinations we’re able to offer, but it’s certainly useful feedback for us to take on board.

Guys in store and for delivery were great and informative.
We had an issue with top of table, as it would not fit correctly. It was replaced and fitted within the hour.
