Avoid! This is not a legitimate company. They say they're in New Jersey, but the product was shipped from China. They have a phone number, but it does not work. The two 100% merino wool sweaters I ordered do not feel like 100% wool. There's no tag showing the actual materials. There's no tag showing the size. There's no tags showing the manufacture or company.

I ordered a small. This is definitely not a small sweater.

The site looks amazing, but it's all a scam!

I have no idea if I will receive a product or a refund. The phone number on the website is not in service. I would not order with this company again.

Items ship from China (not advertised anywhere), which means long delivery times and risk of tariffs. In my case they pulled a tracking number right away but not shipped after 3 weeks from my order date. And they won't process cancellation either. Clearly scam practices at work. Avoid.

I placed an order with this company for a sweater and scarf. They did arrive but as they are very poor quality ("cashmere" - I don't think so) I contacted Hilltop Nord within their 14 day time period to initiate a return. No response to either of my two emails. I also tried to contact them via a form on their website - nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is non-existent and the quality is trash.

I ordered some woolen polo shirts. the fit was not good but their website has no Return link. u need to send an email and then they respond - that sucks. when i wrote to them they offered another option. i refused that and asked for return instructions 3 days back. even after several reminders have not heard back. if u call the phone no on their site the msg is "not in service". i am worried that i will not get my money back. feels like a scam operation or totally mis-managed co. PLEASE DO NOT BUY

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! I ordered a supposedly cashmere cardigan for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived in the new year, suspiciously with no labels anywhere. Very poor quality. Sent a message just after Christmas trying to cancel the transaction, seeing it was supposed to be a Christmas present. No reply. I would love to get my money back, but reading the reviews I think I would be throwing good money after bad. DO NOT ORDER anything from this decidedly dubious firm! £134 down the drain!

Just a front for temu clothes from china. Took a month to arrive, impossible to get hold of anyone to create a return. Eventually had to file a chargeback via paypal. Do not spend money here.

I ordered a jacket for Xmas for my husband. The delivery date kept on being put back further and further. Eventually arrived and is absolute rubbish. It is only likely to fit a child. The quality is terrible. It’s like a Chinese Army jacket. No labels. This company is a total scam. I have had no reply from customer services let alone a refund. Do not use this company.

Looks like a scam guys. Comes from china (took 6 weeks) and not Cotten. No labels and i think i think it’s polyester

I purchased two cashmere turtleneck sweaters. Perfect colors, warm luscious materials, spot-on fit! The only strange issue is the lack of a tag indicating front versus back. Highly recommend

I experienced extremely polite and effective customer service and they delivered what they promised 100%. I had wanted to return the items as they did not arrive when I needed them for a gift (I did not realize they were shipping from China). I was offered a 40% discount if I wanted to keep them. Both items I found to be good quality and I was able to use one for another friend for the discounted price. The other I had to return as no one fit it or the style. The company came through with the correct $ return. I dealt with one person (Ava) in my transaction and was extremely satisfied with the help I received.

First off, I waited over 2 months while the Crestford – Merino Wool Set was shipped from China. Upon receiving it, the set is mismatched. I received grey pants and a cream top. Now, they want me to pay for the return, and they are out of stock on the grey top to replace it.
Lastly, the quality isn't worth it. My advice, Find another retailer.

I am 5’2 and 150 pounds a small fits with room, the clothes are timeless and very warm can’t wait until winter to wear them. I love cashmere but they wear out fast so I am hoping these won’t. Very stylish and comfortable. I purchased multiple pants and sweaters.

Trousers in merino wool was of very good quality and very warm. Maybe a little bit long, but that could be easily fixed!

Bought a pair of trousers. Too small. The return process was explained to me as "you pay for the return of the good and we'll refund you along with the original cost for the trousers". Did this on 15th of July and still no refund. Have chased and been told 'we're really busy' but haven't had an update for 3 weeks now. It appears I've been robbed!

Completely fraudulent company. Of the items I received, the material was of poor quality and buttons were missing. Items have been sent back and never received a refund.

Item was way smaller than described and I can’t get ahold of anyone to return.
