Scam. Bought a pair of sunglasses and they broke the first time I tried them on. I paid £25 for something that’s worth £1. Please don’t buy this stuff.

I ordered an XL sweatshirt and they sent me the smallest sweatshirt, I think meant for a woman. I tried to contact them because the sweatshirt was over $100 and they said they would look into it and then blocked me on instagram. Be careful because this clearly isnt a business but someone drop-shipping poor quality clothing.

I placed an order for multiple items of clothing from this company and when a few weeks had passed and I had never recieved my items, I reached out by email to ask about my order. I had to send two more emails before I heard ANY response. The company rep reported that they were moving warehouses and a “few orders had been misplaced”. So I contacted my credit card company and declared fraudulent charges. I’m now receiving emails asking me to rate my overall experience with my delivery EVEN THOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED ANY ORDERED PRODUCT. This company is a scam.

I first placed a $500 order and ended up cancelling it because I read the review here that basically said the quality was very poor. It made me very nervous about being stuck with low quality items and not being able to get a refund.

I did not expect a quality customer service experience when I found out items were coming from China but my assumption was incorrect. Katie was super helpful, cancelled my order for full refund and assured me if I placed a smaller order I would be happy with the product I received.

She was correct. I ordered the meriano cloud pants and the quality for the price is awesome. I immediately went back to the site and placed my original $500 order.

I personally don't believe the other review is accurate and I'm a person who's extremely difficult to please. If you're on the fence, order. It's legit. I will say though, their shipping method is a bit slow and underwhelming

Legit company- ordered tan merino hoodie. Runs a bit small but it was all that was promised.

The Cashmere hoodies I ordered were extremely nice, but too small, and I filled out the return and they instructed me to donate to a homeless shelter and promptly refunded my money. Honestly an awesome company and I will certainly buy again

Irreführende Geschäftspraktiken: Die Website listet mehrere gefälschte US-Adressen auf, aber sobald man bestellt, erfährt man, dass die Produkte aus China über YunExpress versendet werden.
Falsche Werbung: Die Produkte werden als "Kaschmir" beworben, sind aber alles andere als das. Das Material ist kratzig, juckt und riecht nach Chemikalien.
Schlechte Verpackung: Die Artikel kamen in einer dünnen Plastiktüte ohne Etiketten, Rechnung oder ordentliche Kennzeichnung an – weit entfernt von der angeblich hochwertigen Erfahrung, die sie versprechen.
Unvollständige Bestellung: Ich habe 4 Artikel bestellt, aber nur 3 erhalten – und die waren von miserabler Qualität.
Schlechter Kundenservice: Ich versuche, eine Rückerstattung zu bekommen, aber sie geben keine klaren Anweisungen oder Unterstützung, um die Artikel zurückzusenden.
